Professional Real Bearded Santa with over 20 years of entertaining children young and old. I am a singing and storytelling Santa and have performed all over New England. I perform as a Santa 365 days per year and have been highlighted in the Boston Globe as well as in the Providence Journal.
I have appeared on the Blackstone Valley Polar Express, Providence Place mall, and Warwick Mall.
I have also been the Santa for the Festival of Lights in Wickford Rhode Island for the past 9 years.

The real deal Santa with an incredible singing voice! Our kids were enchanted as they each had a moment to sit on his lap and listen to him read details from his notebook. I love that Santa took the time to learn about our kids before our event and shared what he'd learned via our Elf on the Shelf. Only two things to improve upon are that the book he read was too long/advanced to hold their attention and that he asked for his remaining balance as he was leaving. Had I remembered that we still owed money, I would've taken care of it beforehand. Two small details that are fixable. We will definitely look into booking again next year. Thank you for keeping the magic alive!

We have hired Santa Jim 2 times now for my daughters birthday party. We have several children ( ages 1 to 8) that join us to celebrate. Santa Jim was unbelievable . Any child that was scared he personally went over to and spoke to them without being pushy and got them to warm up. On a professional level he is a pleasure to deal with. Always on time, very reasonably priced and guaranteed to leave a HUGE smile on your child's face and yours. TIP : book early his schedule fills up FAST!

I have had numerous types of arrivals over the past 20 years. I have arrived by boat, train and by fire truck.
When I arrive at I will contact the client by phone to let them know I have arrived. This way they can let me know if all the guest have arrived and if I need to delay my arrival.
I usually will make my arrival by entering with a Merry Christmas and traditional Ho Ho Ho. I will work my way through the crowd greeting my guest and posing for photos with the families. I will sing a few songs that all of the guest have heard before and most have memorized. I will ask the children if they know the Reindeer's names and will aks the children to name them.
some of the families I have visited with have arranged in advance to place a toy they have wrapped for me to pass to the children. I usually recommend that all of the gifts be of similar value.
I will take a gift out of my sack and then call the child up to sit on my lap. I speak with each childI visit with each child and speak with the children and ask if they have any request or any questions.
I will then pose for numerous photos and will finish by reading a story and sing a few more songs.
If the event is a coorporate event it may be different depending on the arrangements we have discussed prior to the date.
If the event has a DJ or television reporter planned I will contact them prior to the event so that we can discuss details and what questions will be asked.

The Boston Globe did a story about me last year called "What Santa Hears". I have also filled in as the Santa on the Blackstone Valley Polar Express several times and have worked in several photo studios for pre Holiday photos.
I am not only a Santa during the Christmas season but I am available 365 days a year and have traveled about New England states performing as Santa.

I have found that most of my pre Christmas Eve visits will consist of a 1 hour visit unless otherwise requested to be longer.
Visit's on cChristmas Eve are generally 25 to 30 minutes long. Some can be longer depending on the distance between the locations scheduled. I will take reservations and will coodinate a time depending on the route I will be traveling.
Comfortable chair but preferable a hard back wooden chair works the best.
