Santa John, the San Jose Santa

In the real estate industry, I've noticed a clear distinction between agents who are focused solely on completing transactions and those who prioritize building relationships with their clients. This observation extends to my experience with various Santas for event hire. Santa John stands out as a prime example of the latter. He genuinely invests time in understanding the guests, which makes a significant difference. Impressively, he even managed to reignite the belief in Santa in one of the guests who had lost it. Without a doubt, Santa John is outstanding in his role.

Santa John was responsive to my communications pre event, on time, worked with us to create a quality visit and looked like what you would expect Santa to look like. The bells and red sack were authentic touches. Bravo!

We originally hired another Santa, who fell ill the day of the party. Santa John was happy to fill in for us. He came into our party bursting with holiday spirit and got the crowd so excited to see him. He did great interacting with the many senior adults in the room, posing for photos and spending extra time with the few kiddos we had in attendance. He took extra care with the shy ones too. Thank you Santa John! You saved Christmas!!

The kids as well as the adults enjoyed Santa Claus company along with Family pics taken with Santa. Would definitely recommend.

Santa John called when 2 min away to confirm we were ready, when he walked up he rang his bell. The kids loved it. They were a little shy but he kept the visit moving along. Overall a great experience for everyone.

We loved our Santa! This was for a corporate party. Everyone loved taking pictures with him and watching him run the room! He did the raffle picks for our giveaways, and handed out candy canes to guests!

Santa John came over to visit my son’s birthday and a lot people had great comments about him. We all loved him, he interacted with kids at the party and read a book at the end. He’s on time and professional. We loved him and would book him for my son’s party for years to come

Santa John seemed a bit tired upon arrival. I think I was expecting him to come in extremely jolly and be a bit more interactive. When he came in he said hello to the children but didn’t really say anything beyond that until I directed him to the chair and had the kids line up. I think he might have needed more direction in how to engage, maybe say something like, I came from the North Pole where I left my elves making presents or something, anything other than just hello and ho ho ho. One thing that really bothered me is I pointed out my son to him and told him he is very shy and needs to work up the courage to talk to him. My son finally worked up the courage to go up to him and was so sweet and shyly offered him a small cookie on a plate. While I wouldn’t expect him to eat it, I do expect if you know a child is very shy, that you say thank you for the cookie, take it and, put it to the side and tell him you’ll eat it later. The disappointment I saw on my sons face when he said no thank you broke my heart. I spent $350 for one hour (he stayed for 40 mins). I overall expected more engagement for that price.

Our guests loved John's balloon's. All the kids had so much fun with balloons. He was on time, patience with the kids. He made sure to give the kids what they wanted. Great ballon art. Thank you !

Santa John is a great Santa, always on time. Comes in with a great entrance and has just patience for the kids! 2nd year using Santa John and I'm sure many more to come!

We hired Santa John for our 2 year olds birthday party, and Santa John was great! There were only 9 kids and he was great with all of them and the adults. It was nice for everyone to get pics with him too. My 5 year old nephew still keeps saying he met the real santa (even though he knows Santa has helpers).

Santa John was outstanding. He interacted with the kids, met the parents, took pictures and then made it all around the dining area to take pictures and greet everyone present. He did a wonderful job and the people present loved him!

Santa John is incredible. I've lost count on the number of years he's come to our children's Christmas party but he's truly become part of our family and friends holiday tradition. He's amazing with kids (and their parents) and truly brings the magic of the season with him. Thank you for starting off our holiday season with so much fun and cheer!

Santa John was wonderful and professional! Great for our corporate holiday party. He was timely and made a grand entrance with a "Ho Ho Ho" and jingle bells! Our client loved it and we got lots of great pictures. Thank you for making our Holiday Party a classic Christmas hit!

John came with a colorful outfit. He came on time. There was a long line of eager kids excited to get their twisted balloons and John was able to please all of them. He was quick and friendly with the kids. I am very happy with John.

Santa John worked together with Eli G Studio photography (also on GigSalad) this last weekend for a holiday birthday party in our home. Santa John was a quick and professional communicator, told us exactly what to expect and gave great tips for photo set-up. He was jolly, sweet to all guests, gentle with babies, and sought opportunities for great photo opportunities. He was pretty funny, too, and made us laugh. I highly recommend Santa John.

Santa John was great!!! Leading up to our event he was super easy to communicate and plan with. I sent him special notes on each kid...so when he spoke to them he could make it a personal. He was kind, loving and offered lovely Santa advice. He was punctual and his suit was beautiful. He had a real jolly laugh. It was truly a magical experience for our families. Recently we hires Santa John for a Xmas party. Previously when our kids my husband used to dress as Santa and they were too little to realize it. This year we were concerned that they'll figure it out so we decided to hire Santa. My son was so sure that his dad will dress up and he will be able to recognize him as Santa. The look on my son's face was priceless when Santa came and he saw that that my husband was standing in the room and he was not Santa. The kids enjoyed it, Santa handed out presents that parents have bought and read them a story. We would totally do this again next yeat.

Santa John was the perfect addition to our annual EveEve Xmas Party. He arrived on time, was very professional and polite, and mingled with the adults after kids visited with him. He was a natural! Everyone commented on how good of a Santa he was, children responded well to him and also said he was great! I would definitely recommend.

Santa John came to our home with a same day request. He immediately went to work with the kids. Totally engaging and a great listener. The kids were memorized!

Santa John was amazing with the 10 kids we had at our family party, he was able to bring them out of their shells and have a great chat with each. While all the kids were in ah the parents all had huge smiles on their faces in delight. We will be making this an annual tradition with Santa John and recommend him to any family wanting a special visit from a very incredible and professional man spreading cheer!

Santa John was easy to work with and the kids loved him. We had a party with over 30 kids and Santa John was able to talk with every kiddo and give them undivided attention. He even engaged the kids that were "scared" of Santa. Our age range was 3-6 year olds and they all loved visiting, taking photos and hearing him read a story. He is a great Santa and would highly recommend him for your party.

This was Santa John's 2nd visit to our Christmas party. He has such a great presense - you really feel like he's coming from the North Pole. He gave each child individual attention and was accommodating to all the guests. The experience he creates is truly magical and makes you believe again :)

Santa John totally envisions all the Santas that I have experienced though the years. He was bigger than life. He was kind and charming with the little kids who might be afraid of such an imposing gentleman. He was dressed in a gorgeous red and white suit. He handed out purchased presents to the kids. He also took pictures with the adults and families. Wonderful for the 1 hour he spent with us.

Santa John arrived at our annual Christmas party to the delight of all the children. We had 15 children (and too many parents to really count). Santa was on time (called before coming up). I had bought and wrapped gifts for the kids and Santa John was able to adapt this into his time nicely. He spent a lot of time with each child asking what they wanted / examples of how they have been good this year etc. He read to the children and was overall just really engaging with all the kids. He made sure we got all the pictures too! In terms of his appearance - he may make you believe in Santa again - He's a real bearded Santa and his suit is perfect as well. We had a great time! Santa John was a perfect Santa. Everyone commented on what a great santa he was from the real beard to the height and suit he wore. Kind with the kids and actually talked to each kid and even posed with a dog :) We womt hesitate to book Santa John next year.

All my daughter wanted was to see the REAL Santa. She is 7 yrs old and could definitely tell the Santa at the mall wasn't 'real'. I looked everywhere for the perfect Santa and to my surprise he was right here in town! The experience was great. He came on Christmas eve at night and the kids 'caught' him leaving presents. It was magical.
