A Santa Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

This special event was supposed to a magical surprise for my best friend's daughter. We had planned it months in advance! She booked him a month ago!! And have him ALL the details of how she wanted the surprise! She had a very important special message that she wanted him to read to her daughter. She tried to reach out prior to the day and make sure he knew what he was doing. But he was very unprofessional and said he received to info. BUT the day of, he messages her and says he can't find the dialogue that he is supposed to say. He was just now going through what was sent to him a MONTH ago and wait the day of!!! We all planned soooo hard for this day to be magical for her daughter, because well isn't that what Christmas time is all about? But what is Christmas without the magic of Santa? This Santa will NEVER go down in History, like the song.... Such a disappointment.
No Santa Claus today. After my daughter hired this man a month ago, he was asked to read a few lines and he said he would learn them. Then he said he never got them. Then he spoke to my daughter and we all thought all was well. Now a few days before today he said he did not get the lines. Omg! Well we have no Santa Claus because this man was not honest enough to say he couldn't learn the lines.
I'm so hurt right now and highly disappointed. I was looking forward to giving positive and beautiful feedback just like others. The fact that this person is a five-star vendor gave me belief that there would be no issues unfortunately that was not the case. I booked this vendor and gave clear details Monday November 20th, and plenty of time to prepare as the event wouldn't have been until today Saturday December 9th. Myself and others took our time carefully preparing every detail especially for tonight. This really ruins my day. This was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter. I did exactly as gig salad advised about keeping close contact with the vendor and making sure that we were both at an understanding with everything. To give all these details about a beautiful event that was supposed to take place tonight Monday November 20th only to find out that the vendor skimmed through my messages the day before, shows poor preparation. There was also a huge lack of responding on his part. There was also a lack of care and customer service. There was no concern for our feelings over the phone nor preparation and as there was no apology. So we have all of our preparations in order for today but no Santa Claus.
Santa visited my 23 year-old son with disabilities, who very much believes Santa is real. Our time with Santa was sweet. I don’t think any of us will forget how precious this visit was.

Santa John was great with my grandchildren. What a surprise for them. My grandson who is 5 enjoyed telling Santa all about himself. Santa was super good with both my grandchildren. The one grandchild is only 1 year old, so she just wastn't sure of him.

We felt so lucky to find Santa John available just a few days before Christmas (thought he would probably be busy loading up the sleigh).
He was very kind as he posed for pictures with each resident here at the memory care assisted living facility where my mother resides and help them remember the wonder of Christmas from their own childhood or pictures with. Santa at the mall with their children and grandchildren.
Everyone loves this Santa. Many comments in how he was the real Santa!
Santa John arrived right on time. He was one of the best Santa’s I have ever seen. His costume and manner were just right. Our grandchildren (6; 4; and six months) were very impressed, and I am sure that they will remember him for a long time.

Santa John could pass as the real Santa, he's a natural, so good with the children and even brought a tear to the eyes of the adults, we all believe!!

We were impressed that he interacted so very well with the guests. He showed up on time and was an amazing asset to our gathering by following the itinerary he was provided. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.

Santa John was very authentic professional and courteous
Ours was a pet photo with Santa event and ge was great with all the dogs (and cats too!)
My children loved their visit from Santa!!! He and Mrs. C had an excellent visit with my girls!!! They enjoyed him reading ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas as well as his singing Rudolph with them and personally delivering presents!!!

Santa arrived right on schedule, he was extremely polite, friendly and terrific with our clients! He greeted everyone of our guests with friendly handshakes and hugs!!! He was a great Santa!
Santa John and Mrs. Claus were the hit of our Christmas event! We hired Santa John and Mrs. Claus to help create special memories for families that attended our event. I was most impressed with the genuine care shown to each and every child, and adult, that they spent time with. They are the real deal!
