Santa Kevin did great with our guests and had everyone smiling!!

There was some confusion with our timing, the event request was from 5 to 6 pm but then I emailed him and asked if he could do 6 to 7 instead and he agreed to do it from 6 to 7 pm. But then the day before the event he said he has no memory of agreeing to the time change. When I shared the screenshot of our messages and his agreement on gigsalad inbox..he said he does not have the record and has no recollection of our conversation. So we had to have him from 5 to 6....not ideal but what else could we do at the last minute.

The other thing that would have been important for me to know (might not be for others) is that Santa Kevin communicates with sign language and has 2 kids with him to act as interpreters. It works just fine but if you were planning any interactive activity with kids you might have to reconsider.

Santa Kevin arrived on time. Unfortunately, he left before I had an opportunity to thank him or to say goodbye. The only thing that I would have preferred was if he were more animated and said HO HO HO and played to the group more. Our members were very happy that he was able to attend.
