Santa Kyle Lovett

Santa Kyle was awesome! He was lovely, the kids enjoyed him. He was on time ( early), confirmed before event, asked if he needed to bring his Santa bag for gifts, and interacted with each child at our party. He is an awesome Santa!

This is our 4th year hiring Santa Kyle. We’ve hit a rough patch and God is testing our faith. However, Santa Kyle came and rescued us into enjoyment of celebrating this Christmas holiday. We are thankful for him spending time with us in our time of need. We can’t wait for next Christmas to have him come. He remembered our annual reading of ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas. He is a wonderful Santa. Sings, reads books. and tells jokes and is lively entertainment.

Santa Kyle has been to our house for a number of years.. but this year was problematic.. it started with him showing up 45 minutes late, then falling out of character and having conversations not related to the purpose of his visit, he usually engages the kids with songs, not this year! Finally he could hardly get off my couch. I thought we were going to have to call 911. I think it’s time for Santa to retire. My family will never use him again!!

Santa Kyle was wonderful! The children loved him and his costume was beautiful! I would highly recommend him for your next event or party!

This was my first year using a Santa for our school Christmas program and I am SO glad I used Santa Kyle! He was so authentic and nice! The students, parents, and staff all loved him! He will definitely be called back next year.

Santa Kyle was great

We were looking for a Santa in the area kind of last minute for our son who has autism and gets too easily overwhelmed with big crowds, which makes going to wait in a line to meet santa too hard. Kyle was eager and ready to take on the job to come visit our special little guy. He had such a great personality and made my son feel very comfortable. My husband even had a good time chatting with him. Our son is non verbal mostly but when asked by Santa what he wanted for Christmas he clearly got his words out and said what he wanted! I feel that's because Santa made him feel so comfortable and feel like he really just came to hang out with him. Thanks again Santa Kyle for your kindness, generosity and understanding. You made our sons whole Christmas! ❤️🎅

Overall good just wish he would stayed in character not talk bout his car that broke down in front of children. Santa was 3hrs very late

Santa Kyle added special joy to our holiday fun. He was at our event for four hours and saw over 200 children. He was great with all big and small! We definitely recommend Santa!

The perfect Santa!! Quick response to messages, on time and looked wonderful!! My 5 year old had 12 friends for lunch with Santa. He couldn’t have been more perfect! The kids were convinced he came all the way from the North Pole just to meet them. The parents were all equally impressed! We would definitely recommend Santa Kyle!

Kyle was a great Santa fir our Grandson and Niece. He brought a little gift for each child in his Santa bag (we provided), sang songs and interacted with the adults. He was a great addition to our night!

Oh my goodness! I'm saving Kyle's info for every future Holiday event! Kyle was such a great addition to our Holiday Drive By Parade. Our v event was scheduled from 5-7 p.m. and we still had MANY cars in line when 7 p.m. hit. Kyle didn't leave until the very last car got through. He lived up to the standard of a Real Santa. He was there for EVERY last child. Thank you Kyle for bringing such joy to so many children this Covid Christmas.

Santa Kyle exceeded all expectations! The wold has been so sad this year (2020). With people staying in doors. Mask wearing. Etc it has taken away the feel of Christmas for so many. I was so thrilled that Santa Kyle came and lifted all the spirits of not just the children but of the adults as well. Tears filled parents eyes and I received tons of compliments on Santa Kyle. Highly recommend! Very engaging. Sang songs with crowd participation. Made us laugh and brought back that magic and nostalgia that most of us felt was gone this year.

Santa Kyle was great with the kids AND the adults!! He took time to speak with each child, took pictures with the children, the families and even adults by themselves 😁. He definitely brought the Christmas spirit!!

Been trying not to say anything bad but you are relentless in sending me emails. I am sorry but we will not be hiring Santa Kyle again.

Besides half the kid's leaving and being tired because he was ridiculously late with poor communication when he arrived I focused on just the kid's being happy he finally came and it lasted less then 30 minutes. I know during this time of year and day they are extremely busy but just feel so much more detail and care could have went into the day's event.

Santa Kyle and Mrs. Claus were wonderful! Despite the traffic and weather, he remained in communication regarding his estimated time of arrival. He was able to joke with the teenagers and adults, while connecting with four excited toddlers. Mrs. Claus and Santa were the PERFECT team! Story time, Christmas songs, and gift giving brought smiles to everyone's faces. Thank you for helping our family continue our family tradition.

Santa Kyle was amazing. The kids had an amazing time with him. He was very funny and clever. Our friends and families really enjoyed his presence. He was very punctual. We would definitely hire him again in the future. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a Santa. Santa Kyle is your best choice.

I hosted a 21st birthday party for my medically/ developmentally challenged son and held it on the last day of school so that all his friends could attend. All the kids in attendance ( 23 of them) were persons with special needs ranging from mild to severe. Santa was a surprise for the party. When he arrived the kids went wild with excitement. It was great and so was Santa Kyle. He played the part wonderfully and was great with all the kids as well as with the adult teachers and aides who wanted their pictures taken with Santa. Lol! Everyone had a great time

This was our 27th Annual Breakfast with Santa for our Foster Family Agency. He was everything we expected and more! He really played the part and interacted well with the kids and their families. Thank you for everything! We hope to book again next year!

What a great experience for us - Santa was on time even with bad weather and Thanksgiving Traffic.
The kids all loved him and he laughed and joked with the adults - He's a little rusty on his Christmas songs but that actually made for lots of laughs. He handed out presents and spent time with every child. We loved him and would use him again - he was a big hit <3

Horrible experience. He never showed up nor did he call to let me know he wasn’t showing up. My grandchildren were so disappointed. I was so disheartened by the whole thing. This is a time that can’t be redone. I will never use your services again

I am asking for a refund for the following reasons:
Santa was two hours late to the event,
Did not call to let me know he was running late, and when I called him, he was not apologetic or contrite.
Santa's suit was dirty.
When he arrived at 10:00 p.m. half our guests had left.

He was a complete gentleman and all the kids loved him. Really made the night amazing. Would recommend 100%. Thank you Kyle for the joy you brought into our home.

We hired Santa Kyle for our work holiday party which was mostly a group of adults and a few kids. I would imagine it would be a hard crowd not having too many kids, but Santa kept his act throughout the night even while mingling through the party with everyone. It was amazing. Thanks!

Santa Kyle looked the part and had great interactions with both kids and adults. For the time he was there I couldn’t have hoped for anything more.
However, he was almost 45 minutes late and left 15 minutes before our time was scheduled to end. Whoever is scheduling his availability really needs to make some improvements. We paid for 2 hours of time with Santa but only had him for 1.
I understand it’s a busy season, so we showed him grace. That’s just not the best way to keep customers coming back. As much as I’d love to book Santa Kyle for another event, I probably won’t for fear of this happening again.

Every year for the past 7 years, my husband and I host a big Christmas party for our family and friends. We love having Santa there, not only for the kids, but for the adults to take pics with; adults love seeing Santa too. I usually book another Santa, but he was unable to make it due to prior engagements, and Santa Kyle was a lifesaver. He was prompt in arriving and he did so well with everyone. He was very engaging with the kids and of course had a great jolly “ho ho ho”.

I have had a Santa visit my grandchildren at my home for the last four years and Santa Kyle was by far the best I have ever had! Since I had convinced my grandchildren that only the Real Santa came to our house, I was concerned they might notice the difference. I sent Santa Kyle recent pictures of my 7 grandchildren with their names and ages and he actually took the time to memorize who they were! They were blown away when he arrived and greeted them by name, commenting on how they had grown since last year! He had a great sense of humor and really interacted with the children, which made him the top topic of conversation for the rest of the day! Even the Mommies and Daddies of the children were totally impressed with Santa Kyle. He will definitely be at the top of our list for next year!

Santa was awesome!!! He arrived on time, and took amazing pictures with our guests... he even danced in his seat to the music! Thank you so much Santa Kyle for the memories you added to my twin baby girls 1st Birthday... looking forward to making it a tradition to have them take pictures with you!

Santa Kyle was fabulous! This is the 2nd year in a row I’ve had him to my house on Christmas Eve. My family loved him!

Santa Kyle did a great job keeping the I believe in Santa alive! Everyone had a good time!

Was very prompt and on time, he was nice enough to adjust his schedule when I had last minute time change. He came to the house was wonderful with all the kids and read them a story. We can not wait until next year, to have him back again.

Disappointment, Frustration and Anger are what come to mind with a Santa Kyle booking. Confirmed for 1 hr at 8pm Santa Kyle finally showed up at 9:25pm....1-1/2hrs late and yet he never bothered to call. After 2 unanswered calls I finally reached his cell at 8:20pm and was told he was still an 1 hour drive from my home! 30 mintes later I called again and he said he was still almost 1 hour away! Though we had 19 children between 2-10 years old waiting for him, I told him it would be close to 10pm so not to bother showing up. Several of the parents had already taken their children home and a couple of the younger ones had fallen asleep in bedrooms. Nice presents had been purchased for the children so I asked some grandparents if they would hand out the Santa gifts. Then at 9:25p ....1-1/2hrs late, Santa Kyle finally shows up. We were not comfortable with him and he was asked to leave.
I would like to add this booking disaster was emotional as one 5yr old who lost his father in a plane crash cried when told that Santa wasn't coming (it was his grandfather that handed out the presents for me). 

The contract agreement stated Kyle Lovett was booked for 6:00 - 6:45pm, which was ok since the anticipated time for the party end time would be approximately 7:00 p.m. Our children departed the party at approxiately 7:10pm and "no" Santa had arrived. There was only one (1) family left at the party, when Kyle Lovett entered at 7:22pm. I was soooo disappointed; and all he could say is that he was stuck in traffic and that the Riverside Convention Center had no handicap accesibility for him to use. Handicap accessibilty is everywhere at the Center; escalator, elevator, handicap ramp, and parking and there was plenty of space in the parking lot. He had called me earlier Sunday 12/17th to verify the time and also told me that he was late to another party the evening before and was "chewed" out. He assured me that he would be at the party on-time and maybe 10 minutes late. I confirmed the party would convene at approximately 7pm; and he showed up after the fact and extremely late. I do want my deposit returned and fees for the "Santa". I would like to know that if in the future, the Santa is professional, time conscious, and care about his appearance. His appearance was not good, he complained about having to use a cane and that he was tired. He is not suitable to represent a "Santa Claus". Gig Salad sent a last minute e-mail for review and nothing was adhered to. Very disappointed, BJ Singleton

Santa Kyle is always great for our Christmas parties. This year he was running a lil behind but the kids understood that his sleigh could not fly that night and he had to make other transportation plans. Everything was awesome once he arrived. We will definitely book him next yr...

Kyle exceeded my expectations with his twinkly smile and sweet demeanor. Our children enjoyed receiving their gifts from the "real" Santa. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your event.

Although he was late and couldn't find the address, we really did enjoy him. He really is good with all ages and the shy kids, too.
I loved that he sang with my youngest grandson "Rudolph the red nose reindeer!"
I think there was a mistake with Gigsalad concerning the price. When I received the offer I believed the price was for an hour as you had the time listed 5-6, but Kyle Lovett said it was for the half hour. That's okay with me since it was Christmas Eve and I appreciated the service. Thank you. By the way, he did offer not to accept his check because of the misunderstanding.

We had Santa Kyle stop by our company Christmas Party. After delivering gifts, he walked around through all of our offices taking pictures and handing out candy canes.
Can't wait to book him again next year!

Very pleased with Kyle Lovett. My family and I had a great,and memorable Christmas morning because of him. He did so great with the kids. My daughter's face was priceless. These are the years of childhood that be remembered. Thank you again. Can't wait to do it next year. Christmas 2016.

Santa Kyle was first class from his arrival to his entrance to the main house to his exit when done he mad both of my granddaughters fell very special and having THE REAL SANTA CLAUS with them on this very special Christmas Day

We were a little nervous about our Christmas party this year because every year we have used the same Santa. Well this year our Santa decided to retire so we had to go out on a limb and find a new one. So we searched the Internet and found Gigsalad. The pictures looked great and everything but you really never know how well it will turn out. How will he do with our tons of Kids (33 this yr to be exact)? How much will it cost? Will the kids believe he is Santa? These are all the questions we asked ourselves. Well we must say Santa Kyle Lovett was Awesome with a capital A and we will definitely be requesting him again. His performance was so natural. He was not in a rush, didn't push the 1 hr rental, and was very relaxed. A+ all the way Santa...you were awesome...

Kyle was amazing with my family and daycare children. He entertained all their crazy notions and sayings. He sang with the kids, played with them. I'd highly recommend him!!
