SANTA MIKE DID NOT SHOW UP!! We had a full registration of guests arrive, much to their disappointment, THERE WAS NO SANTA!! Santa Mike was a NO CALL - NO SHOW. We called him several times and he did not answer. He was paid in full, and confirmed 3 times with us that he would be there and still did not show up. Not a great way to start the holidays. Wish I could give 0 stars because nothing was provided at all. Will be contacting GigSalad for a FULL REFUND.

*** Thank you for allowing me to make this up to you. I look forward to seeing you on the 20th ***(As I said on the phone, I'm so very sorry for the confusion on my part I Take full responsibility. I am not sure why it did not show up on my calendar but the 20th did. I have updated my phone number to the correct one on all sites. As I said on the phone I am more than willing to do the 20th And stay as long as needed at no charge in compensation for my mistake. Again. I am very sorry and I am sick at my stomach as well. I have never missed an appearance and never intend to again.

Santa Mike was everything and MORE! He not only looked legit! He acted like it as well! The kids absolutely loved him! One of my grandchildren is very shy and he eventually warmed up and they were buddies at the end! Thank you soooo much for making some of the most amazing memories for my family. You’re a true class act!
