Our company provides bartenders and event staff through out the Austin, San Antonio, and Houston areas. We can also help you plan what to buy including alcohol, mixers, ice, and other supplies. All of our bartender are highly trained and are TABC certified.
We work with a wide variety of customers. Everything from large weddings to corporate events for banks and social media apps to small backyard BBQs.
Gannel was an excellent bartender! She helped unpack all the supplies, set up, and tore down the bar area. She kept up with our guests 40 and made sure the birthday boy’s drink was refilled while he was on stage for his roast. Would definitely recommend Gannel and Santisi.
We held a 40th birthday celebration at our home and Santisi Bartending provided the bartender, Jeanette, for the event. She was absolutely awesome! She arrived right in time, helped me finalize some last minute touches/tasks, served great drinks, and even helped pick up and clean throughout the event. Could not be happier with her service and overall interaction with our guests! And again, the drinks were great! Will definitely use them again at our next event! Highly recommend!

Melissa was fantastic. Despite us being a little late to the venue, Melissa showed up on time, was in communication with me, started setting up and identified some good/bad ideas for the event flow, and kept working the whole time (even during lulls in the action Melissa would step in to help move things around or unpack food). Moreover every time I looked over Melissa was smiling at attendees, making conversation, all while keeping drinks flowing smoothly without crazy lines building up.
Overall 10/10 would recommend Melissa for your next bartending needs!

Bartenders arrived on time and set up quickly. They were very friendly & worked with us to engage our guests with a mystery drink. We had one winner, who guessed all ingredients! Couldnt have done it without them.
Melissa showed up early and was super helpful as we finished setting up for the event. She was fun and entertaining with all our guests - can’t wait to use her again!
Ambree and Taylor were fabulous! They were very organized and professional. The food was arranged and plated perfectly. Everything looked wonderful. At the end of the night the dishes and kitchen were spotless and my guests were impressed.

Jessica Claire's service was good but Santisi sent me her name as Jennifer Claire and she did not have a drivers license so I had to go to the gate to pick her up and drop her back. Also, she did not put the dishes into the dish washer as instructed and my wife had to redo this.
SO happy with this service. Melissa worked my event and was so sweet and accommodating. Taking pictures for us and always kept my grandmothers glass full of her special Prosecco. Would totally use this service again. Made the night feel more special.

Despite first in-person in almost 24 months, our members appreciated the chance to congregate safely and return to some semblance of normalcy, to include a beer or wine among friends to calm the nerves. Santisi bartender arrived on time, put up with our last-minute room setup and bar location in meeting hall, and made guests feel at home so they could focus on enjoying each other's company and hearing the speaker.
Celeste the bartender was outstanding! Was very helpful and polite. She showed up 15 minutes early to set up her area and killed it with the amazing drinks she made. Would recommend 100% of the time and will definitely be using this service every year

Had not used any event staff in the past so this was all new to us. We asked them to arrive 2 hours before the party started and that was a great idea. Melissa and Alexis did a great job and jumped right in to help us get set up and then flowed right into the party when guests arrived. They were extremely positive and took direction and initiative well. Great Job!

I highly recommend this company, particularly Jonathan. I've hired wait staff before but this time was different. Jonathan went above and beyond without being asked. You know when you're in the middle of doing all the last minute things for a party you're hosting, it's the little things that count and Jonathan thought of everything without being told/asked, which to me is the biggest help ever!!
Needed a bartender for our opening reception. Being new to gigsalad, I mistakenly did not update the location. I was grateful that the company still was able to come. The bartender was awesome! Personable and catering to the requests of the guests.
I only wished for more communication leading up to the event. They were very responsive, but I found it strong that I had to ask for a list of things needed.
Alexis was a great help to us ! My backyard bday dinner party was becoming a disaster but she was a major help and making it a success! Thanks again !!
Wedding was rescheduled due to Covid. Vendor and I have communicated several times.
I found hosting a wedding to be very difficult without having a mom or any other family to really help, but the Santisi staff really helped keep me together on the day of. I really regret not being able to remember the names of the people that were there because I was kinda being pulled in all directions. But hands down, would not have been able to do it without them!! They made it so everything went off perfectly!! I was especially thankful that they took extra precautions with cleanliness and safety to make my guests feel at ease and safe!
Matt with Santisi was the first quote I received and responded back promptly with all my questions. My venue required TABC and insurance info, and he reached out to provide that so I didn’t have to. Nicole was our bartender and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She was personable and professional, even helping out by taking pictures for my guests. If we have events in the future where we need a bartender or event staff, I will not hesitate to reach out to Santisi.

We used a bartender for a home event. Very friendly and professional.
This company was the most reasonable and responsive and stayed in contact. We had Jeanette bartender for our daughter’s wedding. I can’t say enough about how good she was even the guests were commenting. Jeanette remembered what people were drinking and when our signature drinks ran out of an ingredient she made something great. She even went above and beyond by helping wash some dishes and glasses when the kitchen help got overwhelmed. Very professional and friendly. Jeanette helped make the evening a success.
We had a bunch of folks over for a work party and Diana from Santisi was wonderful - efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Diana bartended our wedding and she was absolutely amazing! She interacted with our guests and made them laugh and everyone was so comfortable with her. All night I had our guests come up to me and tell me how amazing she was doing and asking how I found her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and ask for her again!

Hesitated to post anything but this was a big disappointment. I threw a 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws that entailed many friends flying into town for the event - hired a casino company that was awesome but the bartender that Santisi sent was awful. Very sweet young lady; however, she showed up 30 minutes past the party start time which required us to man the bar as the guests arrived in droves - clearly not ideal. To make matters worse, she literally had no idea how to make any drink to the point that guests just asked her to pour the liquor and they would add their own mixers, etc. and most opted for the "self serve" wine bar that I set up after the complaints. Quite embarrassing as a host. I feel bad to post this as she was a kind person; she just should not be hired as a bartender.
They were wonderful!! We booked the service last minute and both the bartender and waiting staff were very professional and helpful. Party ran smoothly and I was able to enjoy it. Thank you❤️
