Choose from our stylish horse trailer bar Stetson for larger outdoor events or our chic portable bar(s) Weston our black portable bar or Daisy our white portable bar ideal for indoor/ outdoor gatherings or we offer a “Bartender only” package $75 per hr, if your venue already has a bar.

Technical Requirements for Savvy Sips Mobile Bar Service
1. Space Requirements:
• Stetson (Horse Trailer Bar): Requires a level area of about 10x15 feet for setup, with space for guest access.
• Weston (Pop-Up Bar): Ideal for smaller spaces Weston is approx 6.5 feet long suitable for both indoor and outdoor setups.
Daisy our portable white bar is approx. 5.5 feet long suitable for indoor and outdoor space.
2. Access:
• Outdoor Events: Requires a paved or stable surface for trailer access.
• Indoor Events: Weston/Daisy need standard doorway access for indoor setup.
3. Power Supply:
• External Power Outlet: While our trailer has its own power source, we prefer to use an external outlet for optimal efficiency. An outlet within 50 feet is ideal.
4. Weather Considerations (Outdoor Events):
• Shelter is needed in case of rain, and shaded areas are recommended for summer events to keep drinks fresh.
5. Setup and Breakdown:
• Approximately 1-2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.
