Technical Requirements for Savvy Sips Mobile Bar Service
1. Space Requirements:
• Stetson (Horse Trailer Bar): Requires a level area of about 10x15 feet for setup, with space for guest access.
• Weston (Pop-Up Bar): Ideal for smaller spaces with a 5x8 feet footprint, suitable for both indoor and outdoor setups.
2. Access:
• Outdoor Events: Requires a paved or stable surface for trailer access.
• Indoor Events: Weston needs standard doorway access for indoor setup.
3. Power Supply:
• External Power Outlet: While our trailer has its own power source, we prefer to use an external outlet for optimal efficiency. An outlet within 50 feet is ideal.
4. Weather Considerations (Outdoor Events):
• Shelter is needed in case of rain, and shaded areas are recommended for summer events to keep drinks fresh.
5. Setup and Breakdown:
• Approximately 1-2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.
