Say 80Thing ... is a live version of a mixtape you made in high school. We play the pop dance music and one-hit-wonders of the 80s. We are a theatrical experience and faithfully cover the music. with just a few new takes on these classic hits. We’ve been around a little more than 10 years and play to small and large audiences alike. As scripted in the Breakfast Club (1985), "In the simplest terms, the most convenient definitions are…" High Energy Band + Top '80s Hits + Interactive Show + Rad Vocals & Musicians = A Totally Tubular Time! Rachel is a SAG-AFTRA singer-actor, Grammy Award member.

We hired Say 80Thing for our vow renewal/wedding after we saw them at a venue we went to and knew they would be perfect. Everyone was blown away on how great the band sounded, and how well they performed the popular 80's dance hits. The music had everyone up and dancing all night long. We had so many compliments from our guests as well as the venue staff and industry people who attended. We were very happy and we definitely made the right choice in hiring this band. People are still talking about them and asking where they can see them again.

We hired Say80Thing for our wedding reception after seeing how they had the crowd dancing at a performance at Palaia Winery. We have had tons of compliments from our wedding guests, and even other vendors, who are at weddings all the time. We keep hearing how great the band was and what a fun time everyone had on the dance floor. Thank you, Say80Thing!

7. Band Service Break Down: Client is hiring the Band as independent contractors for the ___. Band will provide an interactive musical performance: live memorable, singable, and danceable hits of the 1980s (two, 75-minute sets with one break), and provide basic sound package.
12. Band’s Retainer (non-refundable): A $____retainer (30% of Band’s Fee) to put aside the event date, time, and is due with this signed contract paid by cash or check. Remit retainer and signed contract to Band’s Representative. Checks should be payable to ___. The remaining balance ($Balance_Of_Fee) due date is 14Days_Prior (14 days prior to the event). Remit remaining balance of Band’s Fee to Band’s Representative.

Say 80Thing plays the pop music and one-hit wonders of the 80s. We are a theatrical, decade of decadence experience. We formed in 2012 to be "a live version of a mixtape you made in high school." To play off John Hugh's script in the Breakfast Club (1985)... 16. Parking: Client will secure sufficient parking from Venue for Band's six (6) vehicles within a reasonably convenient distance to Venue for a minimum period of 2 hours prior to the event and lasting until 1 hour after the event.
17. Sound Systems Check: A sound check conducted by Band before doors open is required.
18. Security, Health, and Safety: Client warrants that Venue will be of sufficient size to safely conduct the event and musical performance, that Venue is of stable construction and sufficiently protected from weather, and that there will be adequate security and/or emergency medical responders available if foreseeably necessary.
19. Indemnification: Client indemnifies and holds Band harmless for any claims of property damage or bodily injury caused by event attendees.
