A high-energy, versatile group of professional musicians that combine a variety of music genres including R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, funk and ska styles. Customized set lists and repertoire to suit your wants and needs. Perfect for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and festivals!
I booked Scarlett and the Fever to perform the annual craft beer festival, Coldxela. They entertained a crowd of 1,500 with a stellar mix of upbeat ska, reggae and soul music. The audience was a multicultural mix of craft beer fans ages 21-45.
Scarlett Brais is a fantastic front woman, engaging the crowd and commanding attention with her performance. The band as a whole was very professional on and off stage.
In an industry where many artists have unrealistic demands and expectations - Scarlett and the Fever were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I appreciated how they held up their end of our booking agreement by being punctual to soundcheck, helping to promote their performance across social media, playing within their allotted set time and putting on a fantastic performance.
What’s really great about booking the group is the diversity of music in their sets. They can literally entertain a multicultural - all ages crowd with ease. As a festival talent buyer this is a great resource, as you can book Scarlett and the Fever to do the job of three bands.
I highly recommend Scarlett and the Fever and I look forward to booking them for other events in the future.

Scarlett and The Fever is a musical group based out of Los Angeles, Ca with a vibrant fusion of R&B, classic-soul, reggae, ska and jazz.
The band was founded in 2014 by lead-singer/songwriter and keyboardist, Scarlett Brais. Scarlett is an expressive songstress who commands the stage with her crooning vocals and spirited energy. She is supported by a team of talented musicians, dubbed ‘The Fever’, who vibe together with charming authenticity and melodious ease. The infectious groove and heartbeat of the band is provided by The Fever rhythm section, which includes lead keyboardist, JR Calilung, drummer Chris Paniagua, bassist Antonio Carter, and Ben Ede on guitar.
The group’s liveliness and musical depth is further enhanced by a tight-knit horn section, which features Gladys Ng on trumpet and vocals, Ben Al-Mateen on trombone and vocals, and Garrett Becker on sax and flute. Pulsing drums, heavy bass rhythms, and catchy melodies accented by punching horn lines and virtuosic solos combine for an unforgettable sound and experience that will leave you with a fresh case of the feel-goods.

In 2017, the band made their national television debut with a live broadcast feature on ABC 7 in support of Spark of Love.
