A.J. hosted the Finance Hybrid Conference at Menlo College last week, and it was my first time participating in such an event—especially in my second language. As a first-time moderator, I was extremely nervous. The Monday before the panel, we had a Zoom meeting with all the moderators, and A.J. immediately put us at ease with his approachable manner.

Throughout the following days, he provided us with valuable guidance and ensured we felt confident in our role as moderators. He made it clear we could reach out anytime with questions or concerns.

On the day of the conference, A.J. supported us from the audience, helping us stay on track with time and offering reassurance when needed. His presence turned our nerves into enthusiasm and prepared us for our time on stage.

He set a positive tone for the entire event, remaining professional yet approachable, making sure everyone could enjoy the experience. I’m incredibly grateful for A.J.'s guidance and the reassurance he gave to all of us—it made a huge difference for me.

MC Performance: A.J., serving as the Master of Ceremonies, played a crucial role in the conference's success. Their performance was characterized by:

We invited A.J. to help announce Bay Area Derby's 20th season homecoming games. A.J. was a consummate professional, studying the sport for hours beforehand, asking pointed questions, arriving promptly and with a keen eye for production. I can tell he did his homework and embraced the open community we have within our roller derby league. I highly recommend him for your announcing and emceeing needs!!

Not only did A.J. officiate our wedding, but his doppelgänger Broseph Joe Brody hosted and DJed the reception for us. It could not have gone better.

A.J. took the time to get to know and understand who we are and then wrote a rough draft of a ceremony that was incredibly personal, perfectly suited to our desires, and perfectly matching our personalities. There were almost no changes needed from the rough draft to the final version, and the ceremony performed matched what was written word-for-word (or close enough that I didn’t notice any differences).

He’s a consummate professional, but in addition to performing a perfect ceremony, he also did a great job of calming my nerves and reassuring me that everything would go well.

We also had Broseph Joe Brody (A.J.’s alter ego) hosting our reception. I gave him a suggested list of songs (truth be told, I gave him way too many), and he handled the rest. He customized the order of the songs, changing things to react to the crowd, and took all of the stress for that portion from us.

He knows how to engage a crowd and kept it fun. Everyone had a great time, and we’re still all smiles the next day.

I cannot think of anything better that I could have hoped for. The ceremony and reception perfectly matched who we are, everyone enjoyed themselves, and we received multiple compliments about how it was one of the most fun weddings.

AJ is very outgoing, super friendly, thoughtful, loving and has an outstanding vocabulary, great voice and an amazing way with words. He was on point with all the cues throughout the wedding and also recommended some great ideas. Any type of wedding from traditional and formal to our crazy theme wedding, he's your guy. Oh and destination weddings, no prob he's got you covered. 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend AJ to anyone looking to tie the knot!

AJ married us in October of 2019 in front of our friends and family at a beautiful venue in the Bay Area.

We loved how professional and humble AJ was throughout the process! He sent us the ceremony script and we could edit anything that we wanted (honestly though, he did such a good job we didn’t need to change much).

On the day of, AJ added such great energy to our day and made our guests laugh and cry during the ceremony. Our friends and family asked us how we found AJ and kept sharing positive remarks around his stage presence.

Looking back, there was no one better suited for the role and we are over the moon to have shared our special day with AJ!

I worked with AJ for a Queer Wrestling company at Bearrison Street Fair last year and couldn't speak more highly of him. He's on time, SUPER easy to get along with and is guaranteed to bring an insurmountable amount of energy to your event from beginning to end. I've seen both as a fan and as a peer, when AJ hosts events, people leave that event raving about how much they loved the host. They usually buy his merch too! He also really helped mentor me in my broadcasting journey with a lot of great advice and by simply leading by example. Great dude overall!

AJ was instrumental in our success at the Super Bowl Experience in Las Vegas this year! He seamlessly became an expert at all things Wilson allowing him to share interesting facts with fans and lead them in trivia. His energy and positive spirit made him easy to work with and he created an engaging experience at our activation for guests. We look forward to working with him again!

Thank you so much to A.J. for coming in at the last second and being a fantastic host for our ed-tech conference. He was funny, energetic, and engaging with the audience. We received many compliments during and after the event for his professionalism when managing and hosting the conference. We will be working with A.J. again whenever we host again in the Bay Area.

I first became a fan of A.J. via his work on the mic as a pro wrestling personality for APW and Hoodslam. When the time came for my wife and i to choose an officiant, I suggested A.J. as a means of making the wrestling mark in me pop, but when she reflected on watching him in a show up in Lake Tahoe, she actually agreed that he had the personality and showmanship to capture the essence of our wedding. When the pandemic hit we had no idea how things would play out. A.J. being the dedicated professional he is, pulled out all the stops and worked with us remotely to develop a beautiful, personalized ceremony, and respected all our precautions when it came to our intimate backyard ceremony during such uncertain times.
He drove us to tears with his words and even stuck around for the laughs after the ceremony itself.
They say to never meet your heroes, but in this case I had a personal hero of mine participate in a major moment in our lives and I can safely say we were #MarriedByAJ one year ago this Saturday, and we would not have had it any other way.

I was very pleased when A.J. officiated my wedding. My wife and I had a pretty specific idea in mind about what we wanted, including a few well timed jokes, and a WWE style entrance for myself 🙂. We definitely picked the right man for the job. He was very meticulous about the details and had it all down perfectly by rehearsal. It definitely showed, that he treated this like the once in a lifetime experience that it is. 10/10 would recommend.

AJ was very patient while we figured out what my husband and I wanted to include in our ceremony and gave out a few ideas when we got stuck. He even checked in a bit before the wedding to clarify the parts we wanted to include which relieved me since planning a wedding can be so crazy. Definitely would recommend and will be using him again for renewing vows in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working along side AJ, and seeing him perform as a character actor, MC, actor etc. he has always been reliable, quick to communicate, and easy to adjust to last minute changes with grace. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

AJ has been the host of my companies pro wrestling events since the company started 7 years ago. He is extremely professional, always organized, and brings a level of energy to the events and crowds that cannot be matched. He is also the only employee I have that I trust to fill in other roles, and even more so I have has him run the entire event when I was sick with covid. Anytime I run an event if it falls on a date he cannot make I usually look to reschedule it because his presence is that valuable to the company. I cannot tout his abilities as a host/Mc enough. As well as just keeping the show flowing and on time. He's the best in the business.

We hired AJ to be our “Ken” actor at our “Barbieland” corporate event. He was a total sport with how we costumed him. He arrived early and got dressed and out on the floor ready to greet guests well before doors opened, which was a huge stress relief. He was extremely animated and got into character and made our guests (a bunch of nerdy scientists) loosen up and have fun taking pictures with him. He got guests to the dancefloor and brought the energy of the party way up. He was great to work with and I will definitely hire him again for other events where I need a talented personality.

I hired AJ as my wedding host and MC. He made the night! He brought the energy, the love and helped organize the evening to make it flow like magic. Having AJ was the best decision (besides my husband!) AJ ran the best party ever!!!
