Anthony introduces to his audience, Perez Persepctives, wehre he challenges thos ein attendance to change the way they are viewing htemselves and the world. Anthony accomplishes this being engagin and direct, but also remebers the value of humor, usually making fun of himself with his story telling that everyone in the room can relate to, like not picking up your kids socks anymore, or explaining how pulling a hamstring led him to develop th econcept of "leaderhsip ligaments" and other metaphoes to tie his teaching to an relatable image or experience. Perez has a nontraditional view of leadership. years’ experience, including eight in the U.S. Navy, Anthony is the person business leaders call

about emotional and social intelligence, when they need help combatting intractable business
problems.
Anthony approaches business through the lens of getting results by addressing underlying
structural issues in staffing and leadership - from a standpoint of individual leadership lessons

In addition to serving our nation’s military, Antony is a successful entrepreneur, with four
different small businesses that successfully navigated the pandemic. He is a founding partner
and certified coach for the John Maxwell Coaching Team and is also both a Tedx and corporate
speaker. As a Founding Partner and Certified Coach for the John Maxwell Coaching Team,Tedx speaker
and corporate speaker. He has been appointed by Colorado governors John Hickenlooper and
Jared Polis to serve three terms on the Colorado Minority Advisory Council, appointed by
Colorado Springs Mayor Joh Suthers to serve as a commissioner on the Colorado Springs Urban
Renewal Authority and was recently selected to serve on the board of the Southern Colorado
American Red Cross.
Anthony’s training is suited for transitioning military members, veterans, middle management,
executive leaders, and small business owners. He is developing a new podcast, called Culture
Concepts, envisioned as a safe pace for C-level, human resources, and talent managers to
