Having Marisa and her team perform at our company winter party was the best idea! I work with a bunch of engineers and they are not know as the ‘party animal’ type. Most engineers are very timid/conservative people. After planning winter parties for the last 10 years usually dancing never went too well but Marisa and her crew changed that. Once they did their routine and instruction dances the dance floor stayed pretty busy all night… We had a ton of fun including our higher ups and getting engineers to dance is a Huge accomplishment! I have only heard good comments from everyone that attended! The routines were pretty simply even for the two left feet dancer I am, but eventually I got it and had a lot of fun in the process.

I hired Sexy Salsa Ballroom to entertain for our company Annual Holiday Party and they were a hit. The show was wonderful, bringing smiles and joy to everyone in the audience. We were also given a mini-salsa lesson which was so much fun. I was actually surprised by the group participation.

Marisa responded to my request for a professional Salsa dance performance at a Japanese New Year party. She was professional from beginning to end with great communication prior to and during the performance. As a true professional, Marisa came to review the venue in advance and planned the performance to flow seamlessly. Marisa also is bilingual (Japanese/English) and this skill was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great performance and she is highly recommended.
Marisa and her partner performed at my brother in-law’s 60th birthday party. I was fortunate to find her on the internet by chance. Most other dancers would overbook themselves to make the maximum for the night, going from one party to another. Not Marisa; I was very impressed that she came out to the location twice before the party to practice and to scope the location. She is a perfectionist and takes her dancing very seriously. Most of all she has a great personality, she got the audience involved with the dance and makes you feel like one of the family. She is very genuine.

We found Marissa last minute to teach a swing dance/ballroom lesson during a church party. Marissa responded quickly, gave me a great quote, followed up regarding music, and showed up promptly at the party. She did a wonderful job at teaching some basic dance moves to a very diverse crowd of about 20. By the end of the hour, everyone had picked up the steps and we were all having a great time!

I took salsa dance lessons from Marisa and Allen for about six months in 2012 (when I lived in LA) and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. When you see them perform on stage or demonstrate salsa dance patterns/techniques in class and see their enthusiasm for their craft, you instantly become inspired and want to learn as much as you can from them.
They are true professionals in every sense, honest, fair, and whether it's private or group instructions, you will receive some of the highest caliber dance instruction available in the surrounding LA area.
When i saw the performance i was blown away! Their dancing was so hot and full of life. These dancers made me want to take more classes so I can be on the same level with them-which will probably be never, ha! I love to dance myself and recently I've been taking salsa lessons with them. The first thing you'll notice in their classes is how much fun everyone is having. They are great for partner-work (leading/following techniques), intricate turn patterns, creative footwork executed to the music and leading a dance to the music. This makes them ideal instructors for both beginners just getting their feet wet and advanced dancers who are looking for complex combinations.
