I teach classical Hatha Yoga, breath-work and mediation. I'm a Reiki Level III and provide energy work. Yoga classes include various breath-work, full deep body stretch and a final deep relaxation with “autosuggestion”. Hatha yoga helps maintain muscle strength throughout the whole body and makes optimal use of the natural range of motion in the joints. Each pose has a counter pose to strengthen the full range of motion. These classes can be for intermediate or beginners. Each class ends with a final deep relaxation, this allows the body to be at rest to balance, rejuvenate and recharge in a natural manner.
