You know how of you feel the need to say "I'm not racist, but..." Whatever you're about to say next is probably pretty racist. Well if you have to say you respect women, but... The joke is probably pretty disrespectful. Also I don't find "I've raped a couple mouths before" to be a punchline. It wasn't getting that big of a laugh, repeating it and saying it louder didn't help the second, third, or fourth time. Just let the joke die and move on with your set.
