What to expect.
Shangri-La provides custom bookings only along with many options and packages that can vary in price.

Booking goes like this....
~ Call, message or text us about your event ideas and what you'd like to see.
The more details you can provide the better!
~ Some information will be required for insurance underwriting purposes. Venue walkthroughs may also be required.

We need to know:
~ Venue Address
~ Date of event
~ Start & end time of event
~ Estimated # of guests (if possible)
~ Any other event safety notes

What you'd like to see:
~ We customize every gig to fit your unique style of event;
Themes: 1920's, military ball, diversity day, goth style, under that sea, kid friendly, school or city sanctioned events, we can do it all!
~ Our aerial performers are insured, friendly, beautiful and highly professional!
~ Style of music and costuming options are based on the clients requests.
~ Choose the apparatus that intrigues you the most and fits your space!

Next:
~ Schedule your venue walk through with a Shangri-La Owner/Manager to get all the final details in person, this is needed to confirm measurements, view overall location, parking, entrance & exits and to secure the non-refundable event security deposit.
You should know:
~ To complete your inquiry / quote you will be asked to provide a non-refundable deposit for each event booking. This is required for reserving the date as well as the performer/s who are participating. We collect this deposit during the scheduled venue walkthrough time. (Please know that this deposit is part of your totalI price and is not charged separately.)

* The remaining total of your booking is due at the time of the event via cash, check.

Show Day Expectations:
~ Shangri-La's crew may arrive early pre-show for set up, require time for safety checks, sound & lighting check, performer’s warm-up times.
~ All final payments are due at the time of the performance / event day EOB.

BIO.
Home base is in Colorado where Chloe has been performing and teaching aerial arts since 2017! She has circus arts experience including aerial silks, acrobatics, flying trapeze and more! Her style has helped her to specialize as a general aerialist and allows her to perform on many different kinds of apparatus. For several years Chloe worked as a member of a National tour team of various performers and has performed for a variety of professional production companies within the US. This work prepared her for more corporate gigs, high level events and venues such as Schriever Air Force Base and the City of Colorado Springs events! In the past Chloe has been able to offer one yearly donated performance to a charity of her choice! This is always a highlight for Chloe’s year as she loves to donate performance art to associations like The Children's Hospital, Heart Ball Association, Tessa Abuse Prevention and the Firefighters Calendar! Chloe is a guest instructor for high level gymnastic camps in Michigan and is proud to offer local classes to the Girl Scouts of the USA! Understanding that investing in training is a must! These training sessions for Chloe include certification programs, first aid/CPR & coaching certifications, acrobatic arts instructor training, parkour instructor training, aerial arts instructor training and lessons from the best circus artists in the world! Chloe has even trained at Emerald City Trapeze in Seattle, the Las Vegas Circus Center and has just recently returned from Japan’s AADP Tokyo where she received specialized aerialist training. Chloe loves being a performer for all kinds of different associations, venues, corporate events, companies, affiliations and parties all across the USA and the world! Bringing the best she has to offer to each custom event.

Notes/Tech info.
We supply all of our own equipment including rigging, lighting, safety mats, portable speakers and set-up crew personnel for each event!

* Our crew must have adequate time pre-show to complete our set-up & safety check requirements. However, set-up is only about 45min total depending on the event needs. Our crew will also be responsible for tear-down and load-out of all equipment after the event is closed. No teardown of equipment is permitted until the area is cleared of guests, patrons and venue property that could obstruct our equipment. We do this to keep all staff and audience members safe while the aerial rigs are being taken down.

* We do not require supervision or aid with our process of rigging. Our set-up crew will remain posted nearby during the event performance time to act as performer’s security and equipment managers.

* Shangri-La's crew members are not available to provide any onsite services to anyone other than Shangri-La Aerial Arts LLC.
