To ensure a smooth and successful event, please review our technical requirements:

Space Requirements:

360 Photobooth: Minimum 10x10 ft area with a flat surface.
iPad Photobooth: Minimum 5x5 ft area.
Roaming Booth: No specific space requirement; we will navigate your event space.
Power Supply:

Access to at least one standard 110V electrical outlet within 10 ft of the setup area.
Wi-Fi Access:

Reliable Wi-Fi access for instant sharing of photos and videos (optional but recommended).
Indoor/Outdoor Setup:

Indoor setups are preferred for optimal lighting and protection of equipment.
For outdoor events, a shaded area or tent is required to protect equipment from direct sunlight and weather elements.
Access and Parking:

Easy access to the event location for unloading and loading equipment.
Nearby parking for our team to facilitate quick setup and breakdown.
Set-Up and Tear-Down Time:

Allow at least 1 hour before the event for setup and 1 hour after the event for tear-down.
