Overview
Taking over the New York Suburbia Irish music scene comes Sheridan Rúitín. Consisting of brothers Billy and Johnny Houlihan, cousin, Shannon Cokeley, and her husband, Tom. Joined by old friends Michael Zayas and John Damiano, Sheridan Rúitín finds the perfect mix between hard hitting Celtic rock and traditional Irish folk songs.
Instruments: Guitar, bouzouki, fiddle, banjo, low/tin whistles, accordion, mandolin, bodhran, highland bagpipes, Scottish smallpipes, Uilleann pipes, bass, drums.

Band was on time, great song list. Even added a few requests. Very professional. Super fun songs. Made the party. Would highly recommend them. Had people dancing and signing along. Can’t wait to have another party where they can play. Very accommodating.

We had them play the ceremony and cocktail hour for our wedding. Even before the ceremony started, we could see all of our guests dancing and cheering and clapping along. They did an amazing job playing the aisle walk, which they learned just for us. Absolutely incredible and unforgettable.

We hired Sheridan Ruitin for a Memorial Day party at our home and we can't say enough about how well they performed and how professional they were. They also took the time to learn several of our requested songs and they even played beyond the hired time given the crowd was having so much fun. They were awesome and we can't wait to have them back for our next big party. If you are looking for a fun, professional band, don't hesitate to hire these guys - they are well worth it!

Sheridan Ruitin played as part of my Dad's 80th Birthday Celebration this month. Our intention was to make it a really special and memorable time for him, but one that all the guests (age 3-85) would enjoy. Billy and the band went above and beyond, learning special songs prior to the party to ensure that my Dad's favorites were played, engaging the entire crowd during their performance, and they were even willing to put on "themed party t-shirts" to join in with the celebration. Throughout the entire booking process, before, during and after the event, they were responsive, professional, personable and totally interested in ensuring everything went beyond my expectations. I want to book them at every party I host (and I live a few states away in Massachusetts). Would wholeheartedly recommend these guys for any party, event or gig you're envisioning.
