I recently attended a wedding reception and Sherwin was playing his steel drums at cocktail hour. It was EXCELLENT! The music was so enjoyable and really got the party started. Well done Sherwin!

Sherwin performed at my daughter's wedding last Saturday (Oct 21, 2017) and was nothing short of spectacular! Aside from being a great musician, Sherwin connected with the audience and masterfully tailored the mix accordingly. He can play anything; calypso, reggae, motown, contemporary, modern hits, classical, etc. Sherwin played one and a half hours straight at our cocktail hour and I received so many compliments on the music, especially from people that never experienced steel drum music before. He is truly the ultimate professional, superb entertainer and a master of his craft. Thank you Sherwin for making this a special day for all of us.

I work at a venue in South Jersey and one of my clients brought Sherwin in to play the Steel Drums during the cocktail hour for her wedding. We were so impressed with his music and amazing personality that we asked for his contact information for future events. Shortly after, the owner of our company hosted a large Clam Bake event, and was looking for a unique entertainer during dinner at the last minute. Sherwin immediately came to mind, and he agreed to perform on short notice, almost 2 hours away, with an incredibly affordable price! Sherwin is talented, a joy to work with, very responsive, accommodating, and a true showman. We cannot wait to have him back soon! Thank you Sherwin!!!

We got married this past weekend and all I could say was Sherwin was an amazing musician, so professional throughout the whole event, and our guests raved about what he did. I have friends texting me today asking for his information. You cannot go wrong, the day would not have been what it was without his involvement.

Sherwin was amazing. We hosted a big yearly event and Sherwin pleased at every single turn. Big repertoire and big authentic sound. If you want steel drums, he really is your guy. He plays alone or with a group. Google him his resume runs deep. It's all in the family too in terms of his talent and how steel drums and instruments are his life. Trust me, HE WAS AMAZING. If you are looking for steel drums and class (and good ones are NOT easy to find) stop looking.

The performance was far more than I expected. Sherwin's gentle rhythms of tropical tunes seemed to transport my wedding guests to the islands. He played an array of musical selections, including R&B, soft Rick, and Calypso, for my diverse audience. Highly

Sherwin was not only awesome to work with, but he also is a talented musician whose contributions helped make my September 2016 wedding an awesome success! Sherwin was absolutely awesome to work with straight from the beginning! He called us as soon as he received our inquiry and my husband had a very pleasant conversation with him. We liked how personable he was and felt immediately comfortable with him. We booked him and between booking and our wedding he was great about communicating with us and making sure everything was in line. The day of our event he blew everyone away with his music!! Every single person I talked to during cocktail hour mentioned how much they loved the steel drum player. It added the exact feel and touch we were looking for. I even had a few people mention that if he noticed someone watching him specifically, he would get a little more theatrical with his playing and movements, which they loved. At the end of cocktail hour Sherwin found me, made sure everything was situated and I didn't need anything else from him and congratulated me on my wedding. He was very sweet and professional and an absolute highlight to our day. We 100% recommend him to everyone!! We hope to book him again in the future to add some fun to a party. :) Thank you Sherwin!

Sherwin is an excellent performer and flexible in the moment. From my first conversation to the email exchanges, I knew I had to hire him to perform at my wedding. From my requests from Motown to pop to soca, he played every song plus more. He performed during the "welcoming hour"; however, because of traffic at the George Washington bridge, my wedding was delayed and I asked if he could stay longer. With a warm smile, he stayed and played on.

If you closed your eyes and listen to him, you are whisked away to the Caribbean. He is not only awesome to listen to but you can actually see he enjoys his craft. During and after the wedding my guests asked me where did I find him and can I give them his contact info. Steel pan music is a huge part of my culture and my spouse and I wanted our two cultures to be present for our wedding; because of him, it was. Without a doubt, I recommend him highly!

Sherwin did a fantastic performance at Sotheby's for a cocktail party. All of the guests were remarking how refreshing and fun the music was, and it created a great vibe in the party. Sherwin was very professional. Highly recommend!

Sherwin played during the cocktail hour at my wedding on August 23, 2015 and all I can say is, he did an awesome job.

I wanted a party atmosphere at my wedding and wanted all my guests to eat, drink and be merry while I married my best friend. Sherwin kicked off our cocktail hour on time, entertaining my 250 guests with Soca, reggae, soul and hip-hop music. The music was amazing that sereval guests started dancing during the cocktail hour while others were singing the words to the songs being played. All the guests from different backgrounds and culture were up on their feet cheering as Sherwin played. Sherwin keep the guests on their feet for the entire hour...truly amazing!!! He started my wedding off with a bang!! All my guests continue to rave that my wedding was the best wedding they ever attended as they have never seen such a gifted and talented musician like Sherwin, that can entertain and entire crowd and have a cocktail hour jumping and rocking to island vibes and music.

In addition to his musicial talent, Sherwin is very professional and easy to work with, he responds immediately to all my texts, calls and emails.
