Shining Moments delivered! I hired Shining Moments for my mom’s birthday party & Zupenda did an amazing job to ensure every detail was met to specifications. She took a lot of stress off of my plate before and day of the event. She coordinated and organized all the vendors. We had nothing to do but show up. She even played a role in executing the “story” behind the surprise to make it even more believable! My mom had a great time! Thanks Shining Moments!!

I hired Shining Moments Event Planning to help my mother’s “Viva Las Vegas 75th Birthday” an event to remember. The weeklong celebration for 25 out of town guests, consisted of daily, fun-filled activities and unique Las Vegas experiences. The highlight of the week was a speculator, birthday soirée at the top of The Stratosphere Hotel. From budgeting, planning to contract reviews and negotiations, Zupenda’s professionalism, creativity and attention to detail was unparalleled. Definitely a winner!

Owner and Wedding Planner Zupenda Davis-Shine completed the Wedding Planning and Consultation Certification Program at Temple University during that same year.
