From the moment you contact us with potential interest, you will receive top notch customer service! We work with you before your event to answer any questions you may have and customize the best package to meet your needs and budget. We will work with your venue and other vendors to find the best set up location and operating hours for your ShutterBooth. We will arrive at least 2 hours before guest arrival to ensure your ShutterBooth is set up before the festivities begin. Once your operating hours begin, your ShutterHost will help your guests operate the ShutterBooth, encourage them to take fun photos with props, complete your scrapbook, distribute party favors, answer any questions, keep everything running smoothly, and more! At the end of your ShutterBooth operating time, your ShutterHost will completely disassemble your ShutterBooth and leave your event. All of your photos will be available for online download and sharing within 3-5 business days after your event. You will also receive a high resolution DVD of your images in the mail within 3 weeks of your event. Some photos may even be shared on our blog or social media so you can tag and share with your friends!

We are part of a larger national franchise but we are locally owned and operated so we understand your community — your specific needs, your venues, your vendors. ShutterBooth’s local ownership in multiple markets has helped create a network of ShutterBooth owners that take pride in what we do. We, along with other local owners, build off the experience and knowledge of a national brand delivering exceptional service and a unique design. We will meet with you in person and will work with you one-on-one to make sure your event is a success.
We typically request a 10' square area to operate our standard ShutterBooth, but can work with a smaller space, if necessary. Our Open ShutterBooth requires a bit more space, depending on your backdrop choice. We can have a discussion about your specific space requirements depending on your package choices and venue.
Our ShutterBooth is assembled on site so we can navigate stairs and accommodate events on upper floors. We can operate outside but will need a tent, overhang or some other protection from the elements if the case of inclement weather. We need a flat, paved or hard surface to set up on as well as a standard 120 volt (3 prong) outlet within 10 feet of the operating area. If you choose ShutterShare or our new ShutterPod, we will need access to wifi.
