His performance drew glowing praise. He even made a side visit to a florist for me. He is a true professional.

We had a series of events in Las Vegas and in St. George Utah that were supported by String Valley. Not only did they play extremely well, they were so easy to work with. I would hire this group again, hands down. Arturo is a tremendous professional as well as a talented musician. Yestin, who substituted for Arturo at one event, was also very good.

The String Valley Quartet played at our Christmas Eve services and added a wonderful atmosphere for those attending services. Would recommend them to others looking to book a string quartet. They have a large variety of music to pull from and are flexible in working with music choices given. They are an excellent group.

The family and I were in the mood to go downtown and enjoy the atmosphere of Container Park, so we decided to check out the string quartet from Las Vegas; The Ides Quartet. We took our seat on the grass and right away the group struck up an excerpt from The Four Seasons by Vivaldi. Vivaldi was the master of violin composition during the Baroque era, so this quarter got my attention immediately. There seemed to be a seamless flow as the quartet turned page after page of music and sent the sounds of Vivaldi bouncing off of their strings and into the night sky of downtown Las Vegas. They played into the night and eventually we had to go home to put our 3 year old to bed. What a pleasure it was to hear this talented quartet.

The Ides Quartet was founded by Arturo Hernandez and Katharine Smith who play their instruments (Violin and Cello) masterfully. Dmytro Nehrych and Yestyn Griffith round out the foursome and are talented violinists in their own right. By definition, The Ides may be the middle part of something; but this quartet is far from the middle. They are a premier talent in the Las Vegas Valley. I'm looking forward to seeing this foursome again soon.

When our touring show performs in Las Vegas, The Ides Quartet is the group that we know that we can count on. They are quick sight readers, great sounding, kind, and professional in every way. The Ides also fees are also reasonable; and that is what you want. We had tried other quartets in Las Vegas that were not as talented and also asked for too much money. Again, The Ides Quartet is your best bet in Las Vegas or anywhere.

We were fortunate enough to have these four talented musicians perform @ our daughter's wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour immediately following. They provided the ambiance desired by the bride and groom for all guests in attendance. In an atmosphere wrought with anticipation, their proficiency on stringed instruments quelled nerves. The groom openly admits that the calming effect proceeding the March was much appreciated. Bob Marley said, "One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain." Ides Quartet w/your stellar performance...you made that aspect of all of the planning & preparation virtually painless!

I recently had the pleasure of watching this quartet on Sunday at The Crepe in Las Vegas. They are very professional and have a great mix of musicians. Definitely will go back to see them. Am looking into hiring them for my 50th.
