Carol did a great job. She was professional & right on time. She listened to my wishes, and delivered. I wasn't able to be there in person, but I did see a video of Carol's performance afterwards, and it was great. You can tell how something is going by the reaction of the audience. During the performance, I heard laughing (which is what you want), and then after a roaring applause. My objective was to give my brother a little embarrassment with all the focus on him. Mission accomplished. Carol nailed it.

This was my daughter's 50th birthday. I couldn't be there, so I sent a singing telegram instead.
My daughter gave her a good review. She liked the singer and also the customized lyrics for her birthday. I also sent her a singing telegram for her 40th birthday, 10 years ago, but she said this one was much better. I saw a video and I have to agree. Carol was on top of it.

Upon arrival the lady was lost as was seen outside the restaurant, going from door to door. Her gorilla costume looked nasty like it needed to be washed and appeared as if she could not see us or anything around her. Her singing sounded like a robot with no enthusiasm and if it were just from memory.

Hi Tom. I'm sorry you were disappointed. Although the young lady I sang to smiled the whole time. Yes I went to the wrong entrance at first. It is a bit confusing as the restaurant is attached to a larger building. I'm sure that other people have made that mistake. And the costume might have gotten a little wet due to the weather. And yes it is very difficult to see in a gorilla costume and hard to move around. But the staff complimented me on the way out, so I think the singing was fine.
Hired this team for my dad's retirement from his career as a physician. She took the job from my last minute request and even played along with my silly COVID/hospital themed requests.
My dad called me afterwards to gush about the amazing performance. He specifically said "worth whatever you paid."

So I hired the day of my daughters birthday four hours later she showed up dressed as a chicken and sang a custom written song for my daughters birthday!! I will be using her in the future for sure amazing and felt with several changes and help in making this surprise amazing!! She was one of the few that I could find willing to do the telegram in a public place thank you so much you make a great chicken and I am not clucking !

The fairy godmother did a wonderful job referring to putting money under her pillow and just bringing up all the fun things we told you. Kendall loved it and the rest of the family was laughing so hard they were practically crying. It’s a great job. An Academy award performance.

She did a great job! The only negative is that I wasn't aware of the $20 fee from the website. So you pay that and the fee for the telegram lady. So I felt that was misleading. However she did cover my fee so that was very nice. She was great to work with. I also like that she gives a small gift and balloons. I was thinking I needed to meet up with her to give a gift. So I LOVED that she did that. Most did not offer the gift and balloons. Thank you!

We arranged to have a Signing Telegram performed for a co-worker for her birthday. I was able to book the event with ease. And the people were very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. I only had one small complaint and that was that I had to pay two different places instead of it being billed once. But it all worked out. Other than that everything else was great! And the entertainment was a huge hit! TLSH
