For Sip & Pour Mobile Bartending to provide seamless service at your event, we require the following technical details and arrangements:
Designated Bar Area:
A clear, flat space for the mobile bar setup (minimum 8’ x 4’ area).
Accessible for bartenders and free from obstructions to ensure smooth service.
Power Access (Optional):
For events requiring electric coolers, specialty lighting, or blenders, access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet of the bar area is necessary.
Shade or Covering for Outdoor Events:
For outdoor setups, a shaded or covered area (e.g., tent or canopy) is required to protect equipment, drinks, and staff from weather elements.
Refrigeration (if not provided by us):
If the venue provides refrigeration or coolers for beer, wine, and mixers, please ensure they are available and functioning before the event.
Water Source:
Access to a clean water source within reasonable proximity for tasks such as rinsing tools or restocking ice if needed.
