Sketch-n-Stretch is a new and exciting program that combines art and yoga for children. Our classes teach children how to utilize their natural artistic talents & promote healthy movement, all while having fun!
The program will begin with the yoga lesson to relax and focus the children, so, that they can concentrate on their art lesson. The yoga lesson will include postures that mimic common animals, breathing exercises, partner poses and yoga activities and games. The art lesson may include canvas painting, drawing or pastels creations depending on the client's preference.
