Snap a Selfie Photo Booths

Extremely unprofessional business run by Camillo. My husband and I chose to hire snap a selfie for our wedding because it seemed to promise a quality photobooth that was inexpensive. But even with how inexpensive it was, you don't even get what you pay for. He could not give us the basics we agreed on in the contract including: the hours we wanted (the attendant left an hour earlier than agreed), the backdrop was not the color we asked for, we asked for NO promotional pictures from our wedding (but he posted a picture of our reception on his Instagram), and the names on the printed photos were incorrectly written. These are the BASICS we agreed via contract and email/text messages and he couldn't commit to them. On top of it all, the attendant was unprofessional, rude, literally not doing his job (many guests commented on it), and camillo (the owner) is very unresponsive leading up to and after the wedding. Also, the photobooth itself is poor quality (it is not a true mirror photobooth), you could not see yourself in the camera so guests were easily out of frame. After the wedding, Camillo acknowledged he only made a mistake about the backdrop , not about anything else. He agreed to refund us but never did. He ended up blocking our numbers , and completely ignored us. I'm honestly shocked this is the case, you can't make this stuff up.. The least a professional business owner would do is apologize and offer concessions. I genuinely think all the good wedding wire reviews are from his friends or family trying to give the business good ratings, I would be SHOCKED if they were legitimate because he is soooo unprofessional. I 100% would've paid more for a legitimate photobooth service. I'm only here to help other brides or others to not make the same mistake as me, it'll be worth it to spend the extra cash for a better service. Trust me!!!

Snap a selfie photo booth was so easy to work with! Their prices were affordable and they were very friendly and even let me see their equipment early! They provided all the props and backgrounds. i highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again!
