Provides Entertainment for Special Events, Private Parties, Weddings, Clubs, Community and Corporate Events… We can also provide "Unplugged", Acoustic Music for "No Amplified Music" locations... I was so thankful So What Kombo responded promptly and professionally when I needed a jazz band on short notice. Ken sorted out all the arrangements with me to play at a Sunday luncheon about a week beforehand. The rest of the jazz quarter arrived on time and were pleasant to work with. Our audience of UCSB alumni in the late eighties and early nineties were thrilled with the music and some insisted on dancing throughout the event. We would definitely hire So What Kombo again.

For our French theme, the band found us a "chanteuse" to sing in French. The music was danceable for the cocktail hour and was soft through the dinner service. Perfect ! I have used this groups many times and reccommend them to friends.

for Many Weddings, Happy Hour / Background Music & Special Events...
About
We are a Jazz Quartet... Sax, Guitar, Bass & Drums... We also play events as Trio & can add Vocalist or Keyboard if requested... We've been a working Group of Musicians in Santa Barbara since 2000... There are many talented local musicians we've played with over the years and we often use them to help fill your musical requests. AFTER you contact us for an event... We'll complete an agreement / contract to make sure all the details are covered & On The Day Of The EVENT, We'll show up early to make sure everything is in order, Set-up our equipment to be ready for Countdown to Provide entertainment to help you Celebrate your Special Occasion...

We've also worked out many new songs for several special events.
i.e. French Music / Bastille Day Party. Roaring 20's Music / Great Gatsby Event and Many Special Wedding Song Requests.
