Solara is a pop/rock cover band based in Westchester, NY that plays a variety of musical styles ranging from top 100 pop (Bruno Mars, Harry Styles, Amy Whinehouse) to rock staples (The Beatles, Foo Fighters, The killers), as well as spanish classics (Juanes, Los Enanitos, Hombres G). We play both local shows and private events, and strvive to create high quality performances that serve as an enjoyable, interactive experience for our listeners.

Solara uses a flexible approach for performances depending on the venue and type of event, but generally performs 2 sets of music consisting of a varied selection of songs. We try to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for the audience through including music they can participate in. There are moments of having the band drop out and encouraging the audience to sing/clap to the music, or playing well known songs that get the crowd up and moving! We include improvisational elements in the playing as well, as a way to break things up and add some variety.
Solara strives to execute the music played at a high level, as well as find ways to create a memorable experience beyond that for all parties involved.
