We had a small burial for my Father with only 15 attendees and the eulogy was just me rambling for 15 minutes. Clara gave our service a nice foundation that gave a sad day a very special feeling. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and the beautiful sounds from her playing the violin. She is a wonderful person and we highly recommend Clara.

Clara made our daughter’s wedding so very special. She was so easy to work with and was able to learn the special song my daughter and her now husband had requested. She was prompt and very professional and even made two trips to the church. Such a talented and friendly musician! I would highly recommend her!

Clara was great to work with. I'd never used Gigsalad before, so I felt in over my head at first, but she kindly helped answer questions and re-sent the quote when I didn't book in time. She even worked in a Game of Thrones request for our party event. (!!! take note, fellow fantasy nerds.) Our guests were super impressed and thought initially that we had violin playing from speakers before they realized it was her! It added just the right ambiance and her sound carried great; no amplification needed. Also, she was sweet and hardly needed any set-up time. She just leapt right in and blended in seamlessly. Professional and classy. Highly recommend :)

What to Expect
I offer anywhere from one song to two hours of background music. I can be front and center or blend into the background.
If you have a song request, I can learn the song, but if you do not know what music you want, I can help you pick some options.

Hi! My name is Clara, and I'm from Rolla, MO.
I have been playing violin and piano since I was eight years old. I received training from two St. Louis Symphony violinists and participated in multiple piano competitions.
When I am not playing music, I am proofreading and editing newspaper articles and court transcripts as a freelance proofreader.
I would love to be a part of your special day!
Additional Booking Notes
My violin is acoustic, and its sound carries very well, so a mic is not needed.
I do not have a keyboard, so if you are booking my piano services, a piano will need to be available at your venue.
