Solunacy is an eclectic jam band local to Columbia, South Carolina. Dancing between a variety of genres including funk, prog rock, soul, jazz, country, and reggae, Solunacy expertly blends many musical styles into a unique rock band sound. Solunacy does a mix of crowd-favorite covers and originals for live shows, offering the audience plenty of opportunities to dance to the rhythmically complex drumming beats, to bump to the elaborate bass lines, to be mesmerized by the keys, to ascertain the creative guitar licks, and to sing alone with the astounding vocals. To perform, all we need is access to plenty of power. We can use our own PA system or use one provided by the venue, but please let us know if we should bring our own system. We have our own extension chords if the venues does not have enough power supplies. We have a smoke machine that we like to use, however we understand that some venues would prefer if we avoid its use.
