Overview
If Woodstock or Hippies were a genre, that would describe Sonic Honey.
A Janis Joplin tribute band including awesome tunes from Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones and even Sublime.
Killer vocals from Sheri, also throwing down on the Bass and Horns. Blane and Brian, having played together for more than 15 years, make the band tighter than family and they both have awesome vocals too!!! Blane’s lead guitar licks are sweeter than honey and Brian adds the Sonic Boom on the drums. The guys also show their talents on other instruments.
Sonic Honey is destined to be your new favorite band and we are looking to fill our summer with Festival and Hippie Gigs!

Caught this duo recently at Cavelli's in Lapeer. Don't remember the exact date. They're the real thing; seriously talented multi-instrumentalists and vocalists. They may not be your cup of tea if you prefer to listen to nationally famous combos with little or no melody or understandable lyrics.
