Abia "AJ" Johnson is not your average for-hire-party-character. AJ has an extensive career in the entertainment business. His career ranges from local to regional equity theatre houses, cruise ships, theme parks, and major entertainment venues. And so, you will not get a boring do nothing in the corner at your parties, you will get- a Sophisticated Seuss- Cat in a Hat- who brings the Magical Antics to the party or any event. I also Perform as the Grinch during the winter months! Huh Makes since doesn't it!!!

AJ was the PERFECT Grinch, and he was so much fun to have at our wedding. He came towards the night's end and surprised our guests. Everyone wanted to take pictures with him and he knew how to work the crowd. His makeup and costume are both of superior quality which I think adds to the magic and fun, and also made for great pictures. What to Expect
This Cat in a Hat act is full of surprises and unexpected magic and Seussical antics. You'll get a mini Broadway show from a seasoned performer with over 30 years of experience performing and creating shows for family entertainment. Expect a professional entertainer to show up in character and ready to perform instantly. No need to have a break room or a "get ready room" I'm explosive from the get-go and audiences get what they paid for- a solid performance full of talent and energy. I will take as many photos and social media promos you need in the time allotted. You'll get the 25 minute show full of signing, magic, juggling and more!
the PhillyGrinch- will wow any Holiday Party. I come with all the crass and brash I should. I will bring my Steam Punk version that is seemingly rude and roast the people around. My dog Luna can come along as "Max" I perform the famous song we all know. Pictures and social media for your guests and event. I will also mix and mingle with crowd to liven up even the most boring of those office parties!
