The website was beautifully designed, intuitive and informative. We worked with Mike, who made having all the images taken an enjoyable experience. He was engaging, fun, and just produced the most amazing photos; he certainly has an eye for the perfect shot! He really knows New York City Clerk’s Office and how to make an otherwise bland city building work for our photographs. We went to numerous, little alcoves and corners, away from all the people having pictures taken in the "usual" spots. I still can't get over how beautiful the final photographs turned out.
We also had pictures taken at Compo Beach in Westport, CT where we had our reception and, just like the Clerk’s Office, Mike had unique ideas that resulted in AWESOME pictures.

We found Mike (SophterLight Photography) online and honestly didn't know what to expect. We set up a time to meet, Mike came down to the venue and spent over an hour with myself and our event coordinator. He has vast knowledge of events and made wonderful suggestions that were incorporated into the evenings events.
SophterLight Photography covered the ceremony and reception, but they also provided a greenscreen setup where the kids could have their photos superimposed on any number of backgrounds. They provided physical prints within a few minutes and it kept the little ones occupied and smiling!!!
The photographs are amazing, seriously amazing. Do take a look at SophterLight Photogrpahy's website, there are many images, all of which are special. I am amazed at how consistently good photos are produced, I admire the ability!
