I have worked with SoSco on multiple occasions when hosting events and always fall in love with their music. Most recently, I hosted an art social with the SoSco Duo playing during the event and I received much positive feedback from the people who attended and even the staff on site, regarding the music. The duo came on time and completely prepared with their own equipment. Their sound is very unique and has hints of classical, but also comtemporary style, which was perfect for a gathering with the art community.
It is always a pleasure working with them and I look forward to future events.
Oldies Music
We cannot thank both of you enough for your professionalism, attention to detail and absolutely magical music selections you provided for John and Rachel’s wedding. You made the event very special! We so appreciate your talents, and we will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Response from SoSco Duo:
It was great working with you, your sons and new daughter-in-law in preparing for this wedding! It's always fun learning new music that is meaningful for a couple, so we're glad we were able to arrange and play "Old Pine" especially for them. Their ceremony and cocktail hour were both so lovely, and we were honored to be a part of them. Best wishes to the new Mr. & Mrs.! - Laura & Alex
The collaborative efforts of Alex Mack on Guitar and Laura Strickland on Flute produce a superb blend of musical sounds. Their compositions and performances have led (for the third time in a row) to being named the "Best Local Band/Musician" of 2019 Best of Our Valley. This talented duo performs in a wide variety of settings and the results are magic. They are the "go to" group for any musical production needs. Best of all they are really nice, thoughtful individuals.

SoSco, what can I say? A lot. The duo arrived early to set up, was very accommodating and interacted with the audience right away. Our venue was at the Senior Center. We chose, Showtime! Timeless Music from Broadway and Hollywood and we were not disappointed. Our audience loved it and asked for them again in the near future.

Leigh,
We were so happy to perform at your party! You had such a great turnout, it makes it so much easier for us to do our job when everybody is having fun like that. Anyway, thank you so much for the wonderful review and don't hesitate to give us a call for your next event!
P.S. let the chef know the food was delicious!
All the best,
Alex and Laura
Honestly, this duet made for the most amazing wedding ceremony we could have ever dreamed of. They are eager to learn and customize your event to make it perfect. I am a combat veteran and rarely see performers so willing and capable in their field. They enjoy what they do and it shows. All of their hard work, dedication and practice will surly please you as much as it did for my wife and I.
Thank you again SoSco for the perfect evening.
