Fallen Angel Promotions has worked with Sound4U multiple times and will continue to work with them in the future. Fallen Angel will be handling a multiple state tour and will be hiring Sound4U to handle ALL aspects of sound. Sound4U strives to make the individuals in the band and the band as a whole sound as professional as if they were playing an arena event. Extremely impressed with this company.
Every show we produce with Dale at the controls is sure to get rave reviews from the musicians and promoters. He's done it all for SRO Productions, rock bands, country bands, jazz bands, big band orchestras, luaus and surely many more that don't come to mind immediately. Our continued use over the years says it all. Great feel for what front of house should be for any varied audience and always dead-on on-stage. On top of that, great guy.
My band has used sound 4 U (Dale Christenson) over the last year. He has always provided us with the best sound and service. We have booked him through the entire year of 2015. One of the main criteria in the conception of the band Evil Twin was to always book the best possible sound for every show. Dale has met that criteria each and every time. We will continue to contract his services.
My bands have been working with Sound4U for many years. We can't say enough good things. Professional engineers and professional gear. If you want your band to sound pro and work with great people I highly suggest Sound4U!!!
I have used Sound4u for all kinds of shows, big, small, indoor, & outdoor. They are very dependable, can meet all your equiptment needs, and create a high quality sound. I would and do recommend them to anyone who is needing a professional sound system and engineer.
Response from Sound4U:
From Casinos to outdoor festivals, the Thomas Martinez band is top notch both musically and in personality. Thank you for your review.
Dale Christenson is one of the most competent, professional and accommodating sound men I have had the privilege of working with. I get so many compliments on how great everything sounds whenever he is at the helm. He is meticulous, and his attention to detail makes all the difference in the world. He ran sound for our band and several other acts at a large venue recently, and he had just about every challenge you can think of thrown at him. He handled it all like a pro, and the gig was a huge success. Great work!
Response from Sound4U:
3 bands at the Brady Theater in Tulsa for this date. Great professional musicians in a historic setting. I truly enjoyed all the "challenges" thrown at me that couple of days.
Price Range: $1000 and up depending on your needs

The best information I can get from a band is generally a stage plot with the mic needs for vocalists, instruments, drums, etc. Where each member stands and where you would like your monitors placed. Special requests like a DI or connection to your laptop or iPod.
Are you going to bring a wireless microphone?
Do you use in-ear monitors?
Do you need electricity at the front of the stage? Where?
Any information about your staging or sound needs.
Dale started in sound way back in 1985 in Milwaukee. He ran sound for the best bands in town and also ran sound at Milwaukee's "Big Gig", Summerfest.
He now resides in the Tulsa area and is providing sound for the area's best bands; Dead Metal Society, Bradio orchestra, Shadley orchestra, Amped, Thomas Martinez band, and Grady Nichols band to name a few.
Dale began as a clarinet player in high school marching band, then became Drum Major for the marching band. Then he went on to serve in the US Air Force. There he became an electronic technician. So, by combining the two together, he became an exceptional sound engineer. He has the ear required, and is extremely knowledgeable about the equipment he controls.
Check out his reviews. They will sum it up for you. You really need this guy if you want exceptional sound for your audiences.
I am able to audio record your show. Either in conjunction with our Front of House services or stand alone. You can either get the .wav files of each and every track on the mixer to use in your own DAW, or I can mix them down in Presonus' StudioOne4 DAW myself and provide you a promo package or the whole night on CD format. Individual songs will also be provided on a dedicated site for you to choose from as well.
I can even come to your practice room to record if that's better for you.
Contact me for prices for audio recording.

Multiple band festivals are welcome. We have 32 channels available to accommodate most bands. Normally, it takes 15 to 30 minutes to change out from one band to another during a festival situation. This is dependent on the bands themselves and their ability to get on the stage to set up fast and get off the stage quickly. It is also dependent on how much information is provided to me about the bands in advance. The stage plot is invaluable for this purpose, but I need it well in advance of the festival. A week prior is not too far out, in this case.
Typical 4 piece band using 4 monitor mixes can expect to pay $1000
Add $25 for each monitor mix above the 4 included mixes. 6 mixes are available via floor wedges, but we could add a couple more monitor wedges. Your in-ear transmitters are welcome. Up to 7 stereo mixes could be available or 15 mono mixes or a combination.
In a festival setting where stage and lights is provided, you can expect at minimum price of $1000. Must be able to provide cover for all equipment from weather.
Delay stacks are available for added range and audience size. Add $200 for delay stacks.
Generally, it takes from one to two hours to setup our audio system, depending upon the complexity of the show.
For streaming:
We will need time to setup cameras, computer, etc. Developing a scene or scenes will need your direct input. Count on a couple of hours to complete this setup. You will need to provide your Facebook, Twitch, Twitter, or Youtube credentials for the computer to connect. Also, you will need to provide your best internet access with speed via direct connection to stream your content. WiFi will not work due to speed. The streaming software is capable of almost everything that a TV channel can do given enough time to set the scene(s) up.
