I'm a christian music pioneer, a soloist with the help of family members who add dimension to the music when I'm on the guitar or piano. We are here to make your event special with music that is purely folk and christian at it's roots. Most people benefit from the power of music we play-It even bring healing to some. It has the power to change a persons thought process enough to press on.
Furthermore, you can write down an experience or describe a place you enjoy being and I can put into sound. What heals and inspires you? That is what I will put into sound and you will feel the atmosphere change!
God is always willing to receive praise. We see the Mega churches and the big bands that entertain that are catch the young people of our modern culture. If you don't understand the influence of the occult on modern music I can only tell you that music has been changed into a tool used to draw crowds-that's the entertainment business. Although there is no "music police" to hand out a citation, the Holy Spirit is my leader and we don't want to grieve His spirit away from myself or anyone else.
I do play music from other artist and music I've written in the past. I mix them up. People like to hear things they can relate to but I am not the average musician who spends hours learning the latest hits. I am here to invigorate your senses when dynamic sounds that allow your senses to be overtaken by a unique sound portrait -thoughts expressed in what I believe is some of the best acoustic music in the world.
I enjoy performing songs like "Unlock The Prison Doors", "The Promise" or "Midnight Oil" which are just jewels. These songs are loved by people all over the world because they tell a story that we can all relate to. Can you Imagine this kind of music performed live at your event. That is also part of what I do.
I am more than willing to sit and play your piano or my guitars at your special event and place, smooth, calm soothing tones through the air. The radiance of a grand piano's full tone or finger picking acoustic melodies will relax your guest and make the atmosphere radiant!

I started playing the guitar and learning to sing when I was a about 15. I decided to start playing in hotel lobbies, soup kitchens, nursing homes and picnics. I see music as a way to directly influence the outcome of what we do.
No matter where we go we hear music playing- that's why I decided to start writing songs and doing something unique. I've been told there are few who can produce the quality of music people really need. I'm sculpturing sound to bring us closer to the realm where God is felt. I believe that if Michael Angelo could be inspired to chip away at a marble to statue to unveil Moses inside, we can create music by channeling out spirit into a realm where God can bring it too life. Being a musician has led me to talented musicians from around the world. I feel truly blessed by the people I've met and the music they have shared with me.
I live near a small village called Bluffton, Ohio. I am originally from the big city of Cincinnati, Ohio. I spend many years traveling around the country attempting many trades and finding the freedom of being a contractor best suited myself. I own a small business remodeling bathrooms and repairing heating and cooling systems. Kinda a Jack of the trades! Music is a great way for me to get to know people and let them unwind as I get into the spirit of music!
If you watched my videos or heard audios here, these are samples of music that write. I also do lots of music from other artist that I admire. There are lots of artist out there with tremendous talents, so I like to use a mixture of this with my own.
No special lights needed. It is important that I can hear what I'm doing so monitors are real important.
When I am playing with Esther, she need to be able to see my hands. That give her clues where I'm going in the songs.

I realize that I have been influenced by lots of musicians and songs from the past 40 years and present day. The greatest influence right now are my own family. I learn from all the other musicians around me, but what I care about is how my family is affected by what I do. When I hear something that is really uplifting spiritually and emotionally, I commit to learn how to do so I can can share it with others.
Growing up in the 70's and 80's I heard radio stations playing the top hits from various artist. Rarely did I hear music that made me happy. They didn't play music just for kids other than "Puff the magic dragon". I hoped it would get better someday, but by time I got to be a young man I fell into the trap many others do. I liked the loud Rock and Roll-but why? I wondered how people got famous enough to get on MTV. It seemed that all the bands were only looking to satisfy people who wanted an escape from this world by partying.
I had an experience like a vision at home that changed my whole outlook on the music industry and the experience shook me so hard it shifted my focal point from secular to christian artists. Once I found out about the deadly spiritual influences related to "secular" music I decided to pull back from being influenced by anything from a recording artist until I knew it was alright. I started searching for Christian inspired musicians and I found there were fewer artist to choose from. There are only two kinds of music-spiritual good and spiritually bad. Take a song like "Leader of Band" by Dan Folgerberg or "You just call out my name" by James Taylor. Are these songs just entertainment or do we learn something spiritual from the songs as well. Famous musicians like Keith Green, Micheal Card, M. Smith, and less famous artist that we all hear occasionally, often tell a story with their music. All Christian artist should have a big influence on the audience to believe in the word of God for we all have a duty to uphold and respect the divine nature of God available to all men.
Now that I've opened this huge can of "What is good and bad" we all have to realize that life is testing ground to see what choices we are going to make. As a musician I have to make a choice what songs to sing and what direction to go myself. I am asking you to pray before you choose a musician and by faith open the door that will make your next event a blessed one!
need a microphone and amplifier if people are going to hear this
