Please Note: Any event that requires renting additional equipment such as, Speakers, Speaker Stands, Lighting, Etc. Rental fees will be added to the total price.

DJ Service Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment Terms Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total booking fee is required to confirm the date. This secures your event on the calendar and covers initial planning. Remaining Balance: Due on the day of the event or within 48hrs after Dj services are complete.

Payment Methods:
- Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, cash, or digital payments (e.g., PayPal).

2. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- More than 30 Days Before Event: Deposit is non-refundable, but no additional charges apply.
- Within 30 Days of Event: Client is responsible for 65% of the total fee if cancellation occurs within this period. - Within 7 Days of Event: Full payment will be required.

DJ-Initiated Cancellations:
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the DJ must cancel, they will:
-Offer a suitable replacement if possible
-Provide a full refund of any payments made.

3. Event Requirements
Setup and Equipment:
- DJ requires at least 1-2 hours depending on the event type for setup before the event starts. A suitable power source and space for equipment setup are necessary.
Sound Check:
-A brief sound check is advised before guest arrival to ensure optimal sound quality.

4. Overtime - Any additional time beyond the contracted hours will incur an hourly rate agreed upon prior to the event.

5. Special Offers
Early Booking Discount:
- 10% discount if booked three or more months in advance. Referral Program:
- Returning clients or those who refer a friend will receive a discount on their next event. Bundle Package:
- If the client books two or more events within the year they will receive a package rate.

6. Force Majeure - Neither party is liable for cancellations or performance failures due to unforeseen events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or governmental restrictions.
