The booking experience was spectacular with Vanessa. She was so helpful, prompt and sweet. We just had a Moana and Maui party for our four year old. Moana and Maui were both awesome! Moana had a wonderful voice and rocked her song. Maui was jovial, outgoing and funny. The actors had a really great repoire with each other and were exceptional with the kids. Vanessa was present at the event and was very professional, kept the party flowing seamlessly and was very flexible and helpful with the order of the events. I'm certainly going to stick with this company for future events and recommend them to my friends. Thank you so much for making my daughter'a birthday so special. She feels like Moana and Maui are her best friends now!

I honestly cannot begin to describe how Elsa made my daughters feel, and not only my 2 daughters, their friends too! I should point out that my great experience really started from the second I communicated with Vanessa, the whole booking experience was very smooth and simply amazing. And the greatness continued, from the moment Elsa and Anna walked in to the second they left. ELSA ALWAYS made my daughters feel special, she never got out of character, which I thought was great, my family are very loud... and I had lots of kids there. She was very attentive, when new friend would arrive, she always stopped to make them feel acknowledge and special. Everyone spoke wonders of her. Kids enjoyed face painting, story time, the singing and fun games. I loved coronation time, she sang happy birthday and we loved it. When I booked this event, Vanessa promised me that Elsa, been a teacher and all was going to keep the kids entertained from the time she step her foot in the party to the second she left, and that's exactly what she delivered!! Again, AMAZING... don't search anywhere else!! This is the company to go with if you want the best! I'm so happy I chose them from the many many company that contacted me. Words can't even begin to describe how Elsa (Alice) made my little girl feel on her birthday. From the moment she walked in, to the moment she left. Never once did she get out of character. Never once did she not make my little girl feel special. She was always by her side, holding her hand. Every little girl or boy that came near her, she made sure she stopped what she was doing just to acknowledge their presence. Just as if they were the birthday girl or boy as well. From story telling, to singing, dancing, playing games, singing happy birthday, cutting the cake. She did it all. She took over the party. Parents couldn't stop commenting on what a hit the party was just because of Elsa (Alice). This will be a day my little girl won't forget. And I owe it all to her. Thank you, thank you for being so amazing Alice!

Wonderful. Poppy arrived on time and entertained all the kids. Makeup was amazing and her voice is wonderful.
I've tried other companies before and haven't been satisfied. Will definitely hire her again.

Elsa was wonderful and completely stole the show!! We had boys and girls aged 2-7 at the party and everyone was mesmerized - especially my 3 year old son. She also did their glitter tattoos, read a story and sang beautifully. The best Elsa I've seen.

South Florida Surprises was very accommodating. I had Anna from frozen coming to my daughter's birthday at her daycare. Everybody loved her. She sang, read stories and facepainted all the kids at the party. She was also speaking like the Anna which was awesome. I would recommend this business with a heartbeat.
