Spacewalk Inflatables

Spacewalk customers can expect to have top notch customer service. It begins with your price quote and making your reservation with Renae the owner. Once you have made your reservation you receive a confirmation email. The week prior to your rental you receive a confirmation phone call with a specific time of delivery. If weather is a concern you will receive another phone call on the morning of the rental to discuss your options. There are no cancellation fees due to weather. Your inflatable will be delivered by professional and happy employees on time. Payment is due at time of delivery and you will sign the rental agreement. My staff will work with you to be sure the inflatable is placed in a safe area where you prefer, that all equipment is set up in a safe manor, and explain the operations of the inflatable. You will have the inflatable for at least 6-8 hours of fun play. Upon return our delivery staff the will clean and sanitize the unit, pack up and be on their way. A thank you for your rental email is sent and hopefully we will see you again in the future.

My name is Renae Gutridge and I have been in business for 11 years renting moon bounces, combo units, interactive inflatables and more. Spacewalk provides excellent customer service with clean and sanitized units, on time delivery, and friendly service. I take pride in being community oriented by donating inflatables to local community events for children. I offer pick up or delivery options for our units to allow the customer to control the budget for their event. We do not charge cancellation fees due to weather. With my experience I can help the customer to choose the unit that will be the best fit for their event and the children attending. Safety is very important with inflatables. Properly anchoring the units is a must. Metal stakes or sandbags must be attached to all tie downs. Customers must heed the high winds rules and deflate the units in winds over 25 mph.
