Preparation is the key to success.
The first thing you can expect is a pre-event consultation. This will give us an opportunity to discuss in detail your audience, your desired outcome, and narrow a topic down to what you want your audience to hear. We will cover any additional expectations of the event. For example - will you have a booklet for your event that you want all handouts included in that I should supply a coordinator prior to the event, or should I bring my own? And to that end - will there even be tables for note taking, or will it be seating only? You can expect that details will be reviewed to ensure the success of your event. Prior to the event I also ask that if any AV or sound is required for the presentation, that I have an opportunity to speak with the team for a test run prior to the presentation. You can expect I won't take chances with your audience.
I want to meet with your audience as much as possible. If you have any 'down time' (registration time, coffee breaks, etc.) leading up to my presentation, I will want to mingle with your audience. If you are planning any prep events for your audience (conference calls, webinars, etc.) I will ask if I can participate - either as a silent observer or live - so that I can connect with your participants.
You can expect I will bring a high energy presentation designed to meet the needs of your audience. My events are highly experiential and designed for adult learners. My goal is to leave you with an audience that is charged up and ready to act.
