I have always had a deep desire to help others since my early years. I discovered my passion for public speaking after I overcame a severe illness and learned the power of having a positive outlook on life. Over time I have developed a unique system combining my experiences of natural healing, using food as medicine, and the power of positive thinking.
With two degrees from Stockton University, I built a career as an author and speaker. My work has been featured in numerous health-related publications such as Apple News, Yahoo News, Insider, Business Insider, Huffington Post, Natural Awakenings, Exceptional Parenting, and Thrive Global.
My Story
I found my gift for motivational speaking during the time when I was gravely ill. Though no cure was in sight, I decided not to give up and discovered the power of alternative medicine, which led me to become a health coach and natural medicine advocate. Through my journey, I eventually found the answer to my prayers of regaining my health. My zest for life was renewed, and I went on to share the knowledge and inspiration with the world by speaking and writing about the power of the mind, food, and body in healing.
