I have video of Spear security trying to intimated me for taking video of my dog as we were on our walk this morning. They thought I was taking their picture. Keep in mind I have called 2x for them sleeping on the job and they are mad about it.
Yesterday morning guard Kaserius also felt the need to express his displeasure with me against his buddy's advice to stop 3x's.
They are rude, insecure, scared, and ill-equipped to be in security. A professional would behave much different.
I treat people accordingly, I'd be nice if you were. Just ask the guy who showed me his bear spray one morning when a transient walked up on my dog. He may have been the one telling Kaserius to chill.
You may not be here for us but you are here to fire watch the buildings where we eat, work, and sleep. If you are sleeping, you are not here for anything.
A person should be able to feel safe at their home and I thanked the bear spray guy when I first saw the team here. I was optimistic. But I was poorly mistaken.
Spear is currently the 3rd or 4th security team that have been hired by my apartment management. I like how they are working in teams and always seem to be alert, even at night. They are here for "fire watch" but their presence has improved the environment in our complex 1000%!
The dispatch lady is very nice also and attentive to concerns.
Thank you Spear, for making it safer to walk my dog in the mornings. I was very happy to see you here after the 2 close calls I had in September. I hope you get to stay here.
