My wife and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, and hired Susan and Thomas Watkins as a duo for our gathering of approximately 20 people. Susan and Thomas were perfect for our gathering, as the genre and music matched well with our group. They were timely, interacted well with the guests, and kept things upbeat and moving. I think the best comment we received was from our son-in-law who said "we should be the ones giving you guys a gift for your anniversary, but we got the gift in the entertainers that played that day. " That sums it up pretty well!!!

Response from Speed Limit 70:
Thanks Korey!
Alright all you rock and roll fans!! This band is FANTASTIC in every sense of the word.
We have had so many great times whatching and interacting with this band. On stage and off. They are energetic and fun. The bass player Jeff is fun to watch. High energy! Tom and Tom are outstanding! Mike the drummer makes those skins rumble! Susan is an awsome lead vocalist and keyboardist Brian is quite but can tickle the ivory with the best.
This is a must see band!!!

Speed Limit 70 is an awesome, high energy band! We couldn't have asked for a better band to play our New Year's Eve party! They were professional, had great communication before and after the party. Speed Limit 70 ROCKS!! You will NOT be disappointed! We are looking forward to having them back to play for us again. I didn't stop dancing from the minute they hit the stage! Thank you!

About
SPEED LIMIT 70 delivers the classic hits from the 70s to the 00s, with a heavy emphasis on the songs you know and love from the 70s and 80s. Four vocalists means we can cover a lot of great music. From The Motels and Joan Jett to Molly Hatchett and Lynyrd Skynyrd, Journey and Styx to Cat Stevens and Van Morrison - and lots in between - we try to cover it all.
We are available in acoustic or electric format - as a solo, duo, trio or full five-piece band.
SPEED LIMIT 70 has performed in and around Central Florida since 2012, doing more than 500 shows in venues large and small. We'd love to play for you, too!
Additional Booking Notes
Our sets are typically 60 minutes long before a short break.
We bring full PA and lights and include programmed music in between sets (this can include anything from line dancing to country hits to mellow rock, as appropriate).
We are a five-piece band (vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, drums) and 4 of the band members sing lead and background vocals.
We have minimal stage gear and a small footprint (no amps, all in-ear monitors).
