Spider Silk Circus

Katherine offer's more than just circus performance, her theater and emotion driven style sets the scene for your event and brings your theme to life!

Katherine has been performing for the past 10 years both as a solo aerialist and ensemble cast member. She has had the unique experience of working on large scale aerial projects and invented apparatus allowing her to build a versatile set of skills and preparing her for any performance situation big or small. She is currently directing a group of performers based in Tucson, AZ called the Spider Silk Circus. Their skill set includes stilt walking and dance, juggling, poi, aerial silks, trapeze, solo and duo lyra, sling, rope, solo, duo and trio contortion, and duo and trio acro.

Katherine doesn't travel with lights, but does have a PA to rent for smaller events. She also has a portable aerial rig to rent that can fit in a variety of locations and range in height from 12 to 24 ft. Aerial performance requires either the portable rig or rigging to an appropriate point, usually necessitating the hiring of a rigger. Other types of performance such as fire require proper permitting and safety.
