SR Will

Expect a night of real talk, real beats, and real faith. My music's about the storms I've weathered, but it's also about how God's been my anchor through it all. We're gonna turn up the energy and celebrate life and proclaim his name through fun hooks and funnier lyrics for my nerds out there. we will also take time to breathe and figure out where we fit in this crazy world. Life throws storms our way, but those storms don't get the last word. expect to be reminded that our salvation is eternal, and that's something worth jumping and shouting about.

Originally from Washington, D.C. and now doing life in northeastern Ohio, SR WILL merges urban hip-hop with
Midwest Gospel in his melody-driven soul music. His moniker SR (Storm Rider) Will arises
from the many storms he’s weathered in life—from addictions to family mistrust. Since starting his journey in 2019, he has recorded more than a dozen singles with 2 albums. Along with finding inspiration in his Black Gospel roots, he takes influences from artists like Surface, Big K.R.I.T and Derek Minor. His driving passion is to help others push through their storms and get to their blessings.

I'm pretty versatile when it comes to set up. smaller events if need be I can bring my PA speaker set up. In-house setups are preferred. which I can draw my music from a USB or my own computer if I can connect to into a DI box. When available, I also have a drummer that works with me.
