I am a professional pianist and am known for composing my own original piano music. I have played at multiple weddings and other events. I am interested in playing piano for cocktail hour type events. I have experience playing piano at Von Maur and have taught piano for many years ages 5-95.

I have a variety of songs in my repertoire from classical to rock. I am happy to learn any song upon request and with advanced notice before a gig.
My name is Stacy Jager and I currently reside near Chicago Illinois. I am happily married and a mother of three. I grew up in Wisconsin and lived there most of my life. I started learning piano at the age of 9 which was a desire of mine at an even earlier age. I have always been drawn to the piano, especially composing my own songs. I had many years of lessons and even went on to win at State with my piano solo during Solo Ensemble. I was later referred by my piano instructor to begin teaching piano at the White House of Music in Watertown, WI. I began teaching professionally in 2001 and am currently still teaching today. The first piano lesson I taught was when I was in grade school and I helped teach a classmate during recess. I find joy in helping people learn as well as helping those who find music healing. I am not only a pianist, but also a Music Therapist. I currently work for hospice and found that it was my calling after my mom had been on hospice. She passed in 2016 and I stopped composing music for many years due to this. I have found my desire to continue once again. Back in 2012 I created my Doorway CD. I am currently working on more songs and plan on recording soon.
I am willing to bring a portable piano but do not have speakers. I prefer to play where a piano is available if possible, but not necessary. The piano should be in tune for the most enjoyable experience.
