Stallworth Bartending & Event Services

I recently used GIG Salad for an upcoming event I am hosting and reached out to Stallworth Bartending & Event Services. I requested the waitstaff wear button down white shirt and black slacks as my event is semi formal. Below is the response I received from Stallworth Bartending & Event Services. So please use these people with caution as if you want them to service an elegant event you might want to look elsewhere.

"Don’t have so many restrictions this is Austin Texas. Don’t be a broke bum b!tch people have colored hair and tattoos. If you don’t like it, don’t come here."

Our bartender was friendly and provided great service. Will definitely use again.

Lea...was prompt and very attentive to our guest. She was very professional and went out of her way to make our guest comfortable.

Booking with Diana was easy enough. I felt assured that she understood the job and would provide excellent service for my daughter's rehearsal dinner that I was hosting at my home. The two servers we had reserved were scheduled to arrive at 6pm to serve drinks, bus tables, keep caught up on trash, and ensure that the three restrooms stayed clean. Pretty simple. I sent a message to Diana the Monday before the Friday event to confirm and even let her know that the people coming out to our home would need to type in our address and not click on a link or it would take then to the wrong location. Everyone knows that Friday night Austin traffic is horrendous and that you need to plan accordingly. The servers Diana sent showed up 40 minutes late to my event. They did not follow my gps directions so I guess that information was not passed along to them. My guests were already present and my children were having to do the job I hired Diana's team to handle. From the second the servers arrived, it was apparent that one of them was under the influence. She was a complete mess, broke two bottles of wine and a vase of flowers, she also spent a good deal of time in the master bathroom moaning and making other odd noises. The second server was fine although it did not seem that she had been briefed on the expectations for the evening and she was visibly shaken by the condition of the first server. Overall it was a mess. I reached out to Diana with my concerns and she did refund me half of what I paid for the service. I would never use Stallworth Bartending and Event Services again. They completely ruined my night and made it a very stressful experience.

Wait staff was great and waited patiently even though there was a hiccup with the food arriving late for our event, they still got food handed out fast!

Stallworth was wonderful for our family style dinner event. They were on time, professional and friendly and clearly wonderful servers and event professionals.

Our bartender was on time, friendly, attentive, easy to work with, and helped make my daughter’s wedding a big success! She took care of about 120 all on her own and was moving nonstop and was patient and friendly with the crowd for the duration of the evening. Definitely would hire again. Thank you!

I had a party in which the bartender would be the highlight. It was totally opposite, she made very bad drinks, didn’t know how to fix them and spilled all over my floor multiple times. Not to mention the bartender was late to my event. Was not worth what I paid for, I should’ve made the drinks myself.

I highly recommend Stallworth. Diana did a fantastic job bartending at my event and was a pleasure to work with. Her communication was prompt and she was on time for the event. She was a huge help setting up the bar area and her service made the event enjoyable for all guests.

Staff was great! It was my first time hiring waiters for an event and I must say I was impressed, I asked for bilingual staff and they were kind enough to send them to my event. They were helpful, mindful and super nice! Highly recommend!

We hired stallworth for our housewarming cocktail party . Vickie was assigned as our bartender. She was on time at the party which is commendable . Drinks were good but I wish the bartender was prepped enough with our customized drink names that we provided to management well in advance . There were only 5 drinks on menu and I tweaked them a bit to give that surprise element to guests but A lot of them did not get what they ordered and some even got nonalcoholic virgin mojitos when they asked for cosmopolitan . So many had to comeback and reorder drinks with the actual name so they were not given a wrong drink the second time so here , the surprise element I planned was gone . Also , I was specific about dry ice being on the table with smoke coming out but the bartender said she doesn’t know how to use it and how to get smoke out of it and this is the first time she’s doing so we googled it for her and told her what to do . So few things like these are a bummer but was a good mixer for few drinks like jalapeño margarita , tequila sunrise . I recommend hiring them but definitely suggest a little bartender prep specific to each client .

In order to save yourselves from any potential trouble, we kindly advise you to consider other options and explore the numerous other talented and reliable bartenders who represent Gig Salad.

I found out I needed servers for my wedding and had under 2 weeks to find them. Somehow I found myself on this site and found Stallworth Bartending who were an absolute LIFESAVER!!! They not only were able to bring my event together, they literally saved it from mass chaos as my other vendors were falling behind on delivering what was promised. I am so thankful to the team for stepping in and putting in the work to having an amazing event. I am SUPER thankful and would absolutely book again. 10/10 recommended!

This was my first time to have a bartender at a party. I highly recommend as it frees up your time to be with guest. It was also good to get someone that you can trust given the adjectives listed above.

Jaime was a last minute replacement due to an emergency. She was on time and performed superbly. My guests commented all night on the drinks & the way she kept drinks flowing.
