This guy is a true professional entertainer, and he can be as simple as a single acoustic or he can sound like a one man band with electric guitar, drum backing and other musical loops. Also great voice and excellent stage presence

Went to Martini Happy Hour on our visit to N Myrtle Beach and had a great time and sat in with Stan on bongos.

Stan performed for our staff Christmas party. What a treat! Not only is Stan a great performer, he's a standup guy and we loved him. If you're looking for someone to perform at your business or private event, we highly recommend Stan. A special "Thank You" to Stan from all of us at Thistle Golf Club!

We hired Stan to come play for us for a small birthday celebration we had @ our beach house. We had the most amazing time thanks to Stan! He took requests, got us all involved, and really got the party going. The neighbors all came out to listen and we even had people out for an evening walk on the beach stop to listen. He has a very extensive playlist which suited all different ages (we had people ages 3-60 there, and they ALL enjoyed the night!) We loved listening to him so much, we traveled out to Martini's to see him later in the week. We are looking forward to hiring him again next year!!

I had the pleasure of hearing Stan at Martini's last night and it was everything I desired for my birthday dinner. Great acoustic covers of our faves and it just rocked - thanks Stan for the birthday love! Keep at it, I'll see you live again!

We went for an anniversary dinner to Local on the water, WOW what an awesome place. Live music by Stan James Gregory. AWESOME music. Stan ROCKED the house. Met some locals that had Stan play an anniversary song and had us dance to. I was Stan's Roadie helping move indoors.

I had the best night of my vacation enjoying cocktails and food watching Stan sing. He was phenomenal!!!! He even let me and my friend (GINA AND LINDA) come up and play the tambourine and conga drums for the entire black magic woman song, we KILLED IT! I didn’t think we’d do that good but the crowd went wild. He was very interactive with his audience and allowed us to choose his next songs! BEST EVER! -@ Broadway at the beach

We were in North Myrtle Beach on vacation and went to Martini for dinner, not knowing that that would be live music as well. Stan was fabulous, his music selection was awesome and he managed to get the whole place engaged and it turned up to be a great group just interacting with each other. He was gracious about taking requests and we all sang along.
PS: If you go see him make sure to ask him to sing "Two tickets to Paradise", he did it beautifully!!!

Stan is terrific. He is a great performer, very gracious and funny too! Had a great time listening to him. Plus he let me play along with him on the bongos that I never played before! Had such a great time!

We booked Stan to play at our charity dinner for an Employee at Tradition Golf Club who lost his home to Hurricane Florence. Not only was he an awesome musician and played to the crowd perfectly he donated his time to us. Stan knew what kind of music to play just by reading the crowd. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone who is booking an event. If i need a musician I know exactly who i am calling.... STAN GREGORY. What an awesome guy!

My brother had came to visit me in Myrtle Beach and informed me that he wanted to propose to his girlfriend while he was here. That left me with mere hours to think of what to do to make the proposal special. Thankfully after doing some research and stressing out, we came across Stan who was a complete blessing. We knew that we wanted to do the proposal at Barefoot Landing because they were going to be doing fireworks that evening. Other than that, we were at a complete loss as to where at Barefoot and how it was going to happen.

Stan completely took over and went to Barefoot Landing well in advance and staked locations out. He ended up talking to the owner at Castano's who gave permission for Stan to set-up early and portray himself to be the restaurant's live entertainment for the evening. Stan then told us (via text so that the soon- to-be-bride was not aware of our plans) when to show-up, played several songs leading up to the the song which he allowed us to choose for the actual proposal (from amongst many options he provided to us earlier). Stan had informed us that he would ask for a volunteer to play the tambourine (which was the future bride) and while she was playing with Stan my brother approached her and proposed. It was AMAZING. Very special, romantic, lovely and memorable. Stan then informed the bride to be about the set up. It could not have been any better. Immediately after the proposal we toasted and saw the fireworks.

The owner of Castano's was awesome as he allowed Stan to play and also after the proposal showed us videos on their projectors of other couples and different surprises that happened at their weddings. Also in the area of the entertainment was very cozy and intimate. It was a beautiful setting.

It was a BEAUTIFUL evening and Stan was just wonderful. We were able to enjoy an evening out and listened to many songs he played before the proposal. He is very talented, personable and professional. I highly recommend to anyone who needs help with ideas of an event or as their musical entertainment.

Last note--for the work that Stan put into planning the proposal, setting himself up at the restaurant, playing the songs leading up to the proposal, etc... he is worth way more than what he quoted and honored. His pricing made it possible for us to have this very special memory and it definitely was extremely fair and reasonable. Do not hesitate to call him!!

My husband and I heard Stan last year and we're so glad we found him again.

Just saw him at K Rae's. Saw him earlier at Pawley's Prime. He has a great voice and an excellent guitar player. Then add in his personality and interaction with the audience and it's WIN WIN WIN. He doesn't play too loud where you can't eat and talk while listening.Take request and has some audience participation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Stan is always a professional and a favorite of staff and customers alike at K-Rae's. His music appeals to customers of all ages and he is sure to include everyone in the show. From 5 to 95 years old, guests have joined Stan on stage to play the bongo's and often times join in a song or two. Stan is such a favorite of ours at K-Rae's that we often stay on after the afternoon shift is done to listen to him play. He's a joy to have in our establishment.

Great vocal range. Great selection of cover songs for all adult ages.

I wanted some live music for a gathering of 70 people and Stan was perfect. He came with all his own equipment and amplification, etc - the only thing he needed was an electrical outlet. He played new and old songs (very skillfully) and was just what we needed.

Stan's performance was without a doubt the best live music I have ever heard at an event/party. All of my guests were asking me how to book him. I couldn't be more pleased. He was perfect!
