Get ready to have a blast with our unforgettable performance! Our team is all about making your special event even more extraordinary. Not only will we bring top-of-the-line costumes that perfectly match the style of belly dance you request, including modern Egyptian, Classical Egyptian, Shaabi, Lebanese, Turkish, Greek, fusion, and Bollywood, but we'll also have props like veils, silk fan veils, capes, swords, assays, shamadans with LED candles, drums, and finger cymbals.
We'll make sure your guests feel like they're part of the show with plenty of opportunities for audience participation. And don't forget about the guest of honor! We'll make them feel extra special and even stick around after the performance for pictures and videos.
We bring our own music and a portable sound system, but we can also plug into the event's sound system.

Classic 5 part Belly Dance Package: This is a great idea for larger birthday, graduation, anniversary, retirement, and other parties. Let us come make your event fun, fabulous, and unforgettable! $185 ($100 each additional dancer)

Classic 5 part Belly Dance Routine + Group Lesson Package: This special package includes everything in the Classic 5 part Belly Dance Routine plus a Bellydance lesson for all your friends. Cecilia brings hip scarves for the participants! This is perfect for bridal and baby showers or any party where people want to get up and dance! Great for Bachelorette parties, Hen Parties, Baby showers, Bridal Showers, corporate events, teambuilding activities, and more. 45-60 minutes in length. $250 ($125 each additional dancer)

Weddings: 1-Reception Entertainment – A performance can be the perfect transition from dinner to dancing. Entertain your guests with a full-length (20-30 minute) belly dance show during the last course/s of your meal! Our belly dancers are great at getting the audience up and dancing! 2-Cocktail Hour –A belly dancer can entertain guests until the wedding party can make their grand entrance. $250 one dancer, $125 each additional dancer

About the Starbelly Dancers
The Starbelly Dancers are a dazzling force in the belly dance world, captivating audiences across the nation and beyond with their mesmerizing performances. Based in Boise, Idaho, this talented troupe of artists specializes in traditional, modern, fusion, and theatrical raks sharki, bringing their unique style and energy to family-friendly celebrations, festivals, and main stage events both domestically and internationally. Led by Artistic Director and Principle Dancers, Cecilia Rinn & Tori King, and joined by the skilled Soloists Chad Rinn, Bayla Night & Cassandra Joan, the Starbelly Dancers are a true spectacle to behold. With recognition and awards from organizations such as The Alexa Rose Foundation, Boise City Department of Arts and History, The Idaho Arts Commission, and the National Endowment for the Arts, the Starbelly Dancers have graced the stages of Boise Music Week, Treefort Music Festival, and even made an appearance on Telemundo. Their passion is to bring the excitement and beauty of belly dance to communities everywhere, sharing their inspirational art with the world.

About the Director Cecilia Rinn
Cecilia Rinn embodies the passion & joy of belly dance. She loves to share that joy by dancing at a variety of celebrations & events. With ethereal power and fluid movement, Cecilia creates truly transcendent art. A sought-after instructor, Cecilia teaches and performs locally (Boise, Idaho) and nationally.
Cecilia’s production credit includes the theatrical belly dance event, The Big Bad-Ass Belly Dance Show, which is completed its 12th year at Boise’s Visual Arts Collective April 8th & 9th, 2022, and hosts legendary performers, such as Delilah and House of Tarab(2016), Karim Nagi (2017), and Myra Krein (2018). Cecilia is the creator of the StarBelly Dancers, her elite dance company. Cecilia is also a mentor to four upcoming professional belly dancers at her school StarBelly School of Dance. In 2013 and 2014, Cecilia ran the SEEDs program for at risk teenage girls and has plans to run the program in 2024. Cecilia has performed across the country, one of her highlights as the featured dancer in the prestigious Invaders of the Heart world class show in Santa Fe, NM and will be a featured dancer in the internationally touring show "The Radiant Tarot". In 2017, Cecilia was awarded a grant from the Idaho Commission on the Arts, affording her the opportunity attend the P.U.R.E. Conference held in New York, NY, and awarded a grant in 2019 from the Boise City Department of History and Art for the “Arabic Folkloric Dance Celebration” be be held in August of 2020 and "Raks of Ages" show at J.U.M.P. in June 2023.
Cecilia’s achievements extend beyond belly dance. With a Bachelor’s of Science, Social Science degree from Boise State University, she is also an award winning filmmaker and graphic artist under her production company, Full Tilt Boogie L.L.C.Her featured documentary, Belly: Sensual, Scarred, Scared, has toured the country after a successful premiere at the 2008 Idaho International Film Festival and is available on Amazon. Cecilia is a professional seamstress and costume designer, creating belly dance costumes for herself, students of her dance school and company dancers, & commissioned requests. Cecilia is also an amazing tie dye artist, and has her exquisite silks and clothing at Starbelly Creations.

About featured dancer Tori King
Tori King
Tori King Tori is a dance artist, performance coach, and choreographer based in Boise, Idaho and Los Angeles, California. Tori first fell in love with dance watching VHS tapes of the Royal Cambodian Ballet rented from the local Oriental Market. When pretending to Riverdance in the living room was no longer enough, Tori opened up a yellow book and enrolled herself in her first ballet class at age 8 and hasn't stopped dancing since.
Although Tori trained as a professional ballet and contemporary dancer, her heart lies in Middle East and North African dances, where she is a forever-student of folklore, modern raqs sharki or belly dance, and fusion dances. With a perpetual interest in bridging societal and cultural divides, Tori uses dance as a tool to educate and inspire as many people as possible to value our differences (and of course to get up and move to the beat). She is currently a principal dancer and creative director for The Starbelly Dancers Boise, Idaho and a company dancer for the Sahlala Dancers in LA.
Tori has been the creative director for the critically acclaimed Big Bad-Ass Belly Dance Show and The Art of Belly Dance in Boise, Idaho. Tori is the recipient of grants from the Boise City Department of History and Art, Idaho Commission on the Arts, and the National Endowment for the Arts. She has a BA in Theatre and Political Economics from the College of Idaho and an MFA in Choreography from Jacksonville University.
