Steel Ivory is a female country duo composed of singer-songwriters, Kayleigh Demlow and Kristin Denton. The sisters grew up in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee in August of 2017 to pursue their music career full time. The girls formed Steel Ivory with just their acoustic guitars and their voices playing covers around local venues and events in their hometown. Growing up music was always around them due to their father being a full time musician. He taught the girls to play the piano at a young age and bought them their first guitars at ages fifteen and seventeen. Kayleigh and Kristin both participated in their school choirs and performing arts program throughout high school. After they graduated, the ladies performed wherever they could and began writing their own songs. Now they continue to build an incredible following performing all over at fairs, festivals, parties, showcases, songwriter rounds, and more, whether it be acoustically or with their full band. Their tight harmonies, catchy to heartfelt original songs, and modern pop country sound make this duo a total stand out. Steel Ivory has shared the stage with several national acts including Scotty McCreery and Tyler Farr. Since moving to Nashville, the sisters remain focused on honing in on their songwriting craft, developing their sound as artists, and performing at live shows all over music city. They were selected to be on the Nashville Dreamin' Country Volume 1 Album alongside 10 other talented artists through an online songwriting competition this last year and their original song, "Never Been Kissed" released everywhere on the album November 24, 2017. Most recently, they independently released their brand new single, "Love My Mess"
